Salmon, Mahi, gacomole night. Only comes around once a week due to avocados taking a few days to ripen. [emoji39]

Hey all. So my wife is about to have our baby any day now so hopefully I can get this food in before! Lol

Next 3 days will consist of
3,000 calories
200g protein
290 in carbs

Pulled pork,black beans,sweet potatoes, and albacore on Dave's bread

Steak, eggs, beer, potatoes, greens, rice when bulking .


When cutting greens, chicken, tuna, spicy everything.


Both:
protein powder with 5 eggs, almond milk, without sugar
I try to eat my body weight in grams of protein.
so 255 a day.
also lots of peanut butter no sugar.
Half pound of veg ed.
