What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Oh yeah , moose is just as lean as deer . Thats why they prize the fat cows up there , the cows have much more fat that bulls , especially during rut , when the bulls are on the move looking for cows .

I brung back 15lbs of moose and 15 lbs of caribou . OS, trade ya some moose for salmon ? lol ~Ogh
I may be able to arrange a welcome home pack OGH!

Im replacing my pile of eggs every morning with a loaded shake for simplicity sake. I can workout on a belly full of shake but eggs make it difficult.

1/2 cup oats
10 oz milk
1 scoop whey
2 servings peanut butter
2 bananas

About 800 cal

Good morning - lazy this morning so Im munching a (2)protein cookies /w milk .

Gotta pee for my new job (hopefully its been long enough between joints ,lol) so worried about that a little , my straight neighbor is willing to whizz for me , dont know if I want to go that route (Urineluck).

And then we have this Gearline deal , hope I didnt make a mistake there , but I love those euro amps and thought I might be doing a public service by testing them.....

Also wanting to try the Smolov Squat routine , havent squatted in 2 months and am missing squats bigtime , the Smolov calls for 4 squat sessions a week , hope Im up to it and can do it if I take this driving job . I love a good challenge , lol. ~Ogh
