What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I'm going to the store now then. Yesterday I tried to add the almond butter to the oats and its was.... Interesting.
What else can I add to the meals to make them a little more interesting?
Sugar free chocolate syrup and almond or peanut butter Is my go to oatmeal mix. Not sure I could have oatmeal plain anymore. I even add a couple stevia packs for a sweetener.

On the chicken meals, I changed meal 4 from a chicken sandwich with avocado to a chicken with rice/Mac nut oil meal. I can add more fat to that meal with the 2 tbsp of macnut oil and it seems to go down easier than the sand which ( I need all the help I Can get while running this dbol, seems to kill my appetite). If these meals start getting old or I am having a hard time getting them down sauces Always seem to help. Like sweet and sour sauce and sirachi and even mustard.
