What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Why don't you just make 'em man??

Yeah i know, im just so freakin busy, but i think i might just go back to makin them myself. Save a fortune and i like mine better. Sometimes the girl that makes em puts sauces on in an attempt to be fancy and i try to tell her in a nice way that I EAT BORING!!!! Lean meats and fish and veggies!!! KISS!
Can become boring but its worth it for the results i get.

This took about an hour, mostly due to the time the sweet potatoes needed to bake. Very little work, however. I'd say it's worth 2 hours of your time a week.... Do it once every 3 or 4 days.

I'm terrible on the grill
Charcoal sucks

Get charcoal hot. Hot enough you can only hold your hand over grill for about a second. Rub oil salt pepper garlic on outside and toss it on at an angle. Once you have nice char lines turn it so it's angled the other way. Once cross hatch is there flip it and do the same on the other side. Touch your thumb and middle finger together gently and feel how tight the muscle at the base of those fingers is, that's what a mid rare steak should feel like when you poke at it. I think the most important part is to take it off the grill and wrap immediately in foil and let it rest about fifteen minutes. Rested in better even better. :)
