What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Happened to me on Tren as well. Found another blood drive the next day, took 20mg of lisinopril and diastolic was low enough to donate. I no longer fuck with tren for this reason.
If they ask just let them know you worked out yesterday right before coming in to donate while drinking a cup of coffee.
Didn't know you lurked her big boi!
I've said it before but this helps bring it to the forefront again. Tren isn't good for the body. I can't think of any AAS I've used before that had me that high. Test sure as hell doesn't. I may give it up too, again:oops:

Nu bueno trukk, you need to get that number down quick.

Hawthore berry, celery seed extract, magnisium, cycle assist, hctz, and mad water will help and if that fails you may have to back off the trenbolone.

I was just gonna let it back down on its own. I figured the anadrol played a huge role. Which I dropped 2 days prior as I planned on a 6 week frontload with it. Is it that serious?

I bet your hematocrit is outrageous...you pop any nosebleeds in workouts?
Still no e2 control man? You're gonna end up having to quit early bc you are such lunkhead
This is exactly why I donate double reds at one organization then about four weeks later i goto another organization and donate whole blood.
While on cycle this protocol keeps my crit normal

the drol's effect on hematocrit, compiled with the tren and high dose test, likely elevated e2 is going to be a compounding problem. It's easier to be proactive than reactive but when I've gotten in that spot I bought a BP monitor, started checking it 4x daily. Dropped the drol asap, low dose cialis and baby aspirin, and bloodlet. I got it straight in about a week to 10 days, scary though. I think I was finally feeling better about 2 days after I dumped blood.

I REALLY don't wanna drop the tren E.
I figure the adrol is out of the picture. That is the wild card here. I've run a couple high tren & test cycles and NEVER had a ridiculous BP result like this so it tells me the adrol is the culprit.
I popped 1mg of adex last night so TEK wouldnt dig in to me. If it makes you feel better. That prolly won't happen again any time soon. If there is a relationship between estrogen and high BP I'd like to hear it...

I'm going to wallys and getting a bp machine. Hopefully cheap. I'll start tracking it. 'Tits told me too some time back and I been putting it off. Money don't grow on trees...
The red cross only got a snap shot in time with that reading. I figure I could use a daily average to get a real idea of where I stand. If it is consistently bad I will drop the tren and possibly the whole thing. Until I got a few days readings underneath me I won't take any steps till I see for myself.

Unless I don't wake up tomorrow. In that case OGH can have my boat. TEK can have my Brett Favre poster. Can put it over the Cam Newton one on his wall

Sound advice given by the fellas Trukker. BP is nothing to play with. Both numbers are important; they use to say your diastolic (bottom number) is the most important because it's while your heart is resting in between beats. Now it seems they lean more toward the top number being more important as an indicator of potential heart problems for older ppl. Hell, I say manage em both.

Good deal dropping the Adrol, may have to drop that Tren too, at a minimum reduce the dose. It's you can always drop it now, bump it back up later in the cycle and see if it's the culprit. Right now focus on getting that number down.

Omron sells a pretty good monitor with blue tooth tracking app (graphs and all) for your phone.

Edit *** pm check Trukker.

20160806_134114.jpg I bought this expensive cunt.
Costs $75 but I was able to use my HSA as it passes as a "medical related expense" . At least I think so.
So I stick my cock in the sleeve right?

Hey TEK, what ddo you mean by "blood let"?

Says 17" cuff. Since I'm measuring relaxed it should fit? They literally didn't have anything bigger. So idk what we're supposed to do? Perhaps I could measure my BP thru my dick veins:confused:

I use a 17" but it pops off alot . I just hold the velcro strap down . I dont like the big cuffs , too sloppy .
