What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Says 17" cuff. Since I'm measuring relaxed it should fit? They literally didn't have anything bigger. So idk what we're supposed to do? Perhaps I could measure my BP thru my dick veins:confused:

Buy a wrist bp monitor. Thats what i use, simple and cheap, bout 30-50$ depending on brand. And you can buy them almost anywhere.

I thought that might be what he meant. I have to start doing this but fuck if i can find the proper equip. I looked online and can only find blood collection supplies and the tube and needle are tiny. Would take days to get a pint. But ill check out that thread you posted.

I popped 1mg of adex last night so TEK wouldnt dig in to me. If it makes you feel better. That prolly won't happen again any time soon. If there is a relationship between estrogen and high BP I'd like to hear it...

hypertension, heart attack, stroke, blood clots...
you're running like 1.5g test right? I'd take another .5mg adex sunday and then just back off to your injection days, if nothing else run 1/4mg twice a week if thats all you think you need. The drol will whack you out quick with the tren, even when I was managing e2 aggressively the elevated crit/RBC started to catch up with me and then the BP issues came. Less is more if you can run longer, a massive dose aint helpful if you end up dropping out the race early big guy ;)

I warned you man!
you guys remember when I was posting about it but I never really lead on to how serious it got, I was fucked up . At one point after I had already starting monitoring it, I popped a nose bleed on the platform. Walked out and went to get a reading, my arm/fingertips were tingling driving over there. 25 mins or so after I walked off I was still reading something like 158 over 118. Drol/tren ace kickstart to high EQ/Cyp, even proactive with adex and cialis.

Thanks Rubi, i been meaning to pm you bout this cause i thought i remembered you mentioning u had done this, but then i saw where you been donating and thought maybe i was mis- remembering.
I know my RBC is high but we have nowhere to donate here except for blood drives, and they only come around every few months.
And i was banned last time for high RBC.
SO I CAN ORDER AN 18 gauge butterfly from say.. Bulk needles?

I honestly don't know what my arms measure but they always have to get the bigger cuff out for me. They were concerned last time I was there because of my blood pressure as it is running on high side of normal. Couple that with family history of it and AAS use and I want to stay proactive about it.

I also don't know if 17" is after it's inflated or not... I can't use the pharmacy units because they get too tight and don't take accurate readings.

This was what I wanted to try out... might grab one.

Anyway, dinner last night. FBF so i had me some boneless tony roma ribs, mac n cheese, tater with plain greek yogurt.
I was really impressed with the ribs. Tender and really tasty.

I made a friend at the fire hall. He has the training and says he bloodlets himself. Perhaps if I ask nicely he will help me out too

Lucky guy, wish i had someone to show me. Im pretty damn nervous. I mean what angle and how deep to stick the needle deff concerns me.

its prob safer that way. I use a butterfly and tap the back of my hand, drink a soda, its slower and I feel more comfortable I wont 7 out and my girl find me in the bathtub....
TEK wont be down for breakfast :(

I use a 17" but it pops off alot . I just hold the velcro strap down . I dont like the big cuffs , too sloppy .
Seems like it'll work... just took 3 readings. It is tight. My arms are longer than OGH's so the mass is considerably more spread out. I could see how a more stout individual with exact size measurements as mine would have trouble with the cuff. I should be alright.

Also it seems that measurement the red cross got was a one off deal, maybe? My BP came back this time at 143/87. That's drastically different. I had a 120/120 yesterday

17" is about the biggest cuff size you will find for a commercial BP monitor. More expensive devices have bigger sized cuffs you can purchase separately, but the base line cost for these units makes it not really a viable cost for home health.

thats why you gotta check multiple times throughout the day in periods of activity and rest to get a true reading..that monitor is about as accurate as you can get for home use they say. It is possible you had an elevated reading bc many people get nervous in that setting, but I think that would effect your top number more perhaps?

I don't know about those wrist and finger tip bp machines?
They had them for sale but not one professional ever measured my bp this way due to the major artery in the arm has to be under the cuff

Thats better . Get that number closer to 125/75 . I run 135/80 normal constantly .
On cycle my top number goes up 10 points but my bottom hardly changes . You were on some heavy doses imo . And with no AI . Wow .

120/120, more than likely that measurement was erroneous. A diastolic that high needs some immediate attention.

143/87 seems to be about right. Keep an eye on that diastolic though. That number isn't pretty but considering the compounds being used, it's not surprising.

You know , im no expert on these things but mine is pretty much rt on the money with the readings i get at the doc. But i mostly use it to keep track of where im at.

Heard ya bud. Idk how many 270+ pounders are gonna come in at "normal" ranges. AAS or not. At some point one would have to consider the amount of blood volume in a carcass like that and realize "normal" is prolly a lil on the high side. Know what I mean?
