For the sake of asking questions, im starting winny for the first time today
I got 25mg caps 50 count. Still waiting on the other half of my order
Thinking about 50mg(2 caps) to start today. Good dose? Should this be taken ED or workout days only?

Huh, well whatever the mechanism is. I am losing weight and bloat. Which is cool!

Probably the carbs. The fiber is probably helping too. Digestive enzymes might be good during your big meals too. Kefir from Walmart is pretty good. I like it when bulking.

You pee on them and they will let you know if there are ketones in your urine. If so, you're in ketosis.

Like OGH said, with the carbs you're eating, I doubt you'll hit ketosis. BUT, you may be able to drop them back slowly until you hit it. You probably need to go zero carb for about a week or so and then add the carbs in. But I would be shocked if you made it past 50 grams of carbs before leaving ketosis. 30 grams seems to be the cut off. I remember @RodgerThat tested it out with ketchup in his diet a while back. He made it up kinda high if I remember right before he was getting close to leaving a keto state. It was an interesting experiment.

30g worth of carbs from ketchup was as high as I went I got to 80g total carbs but 52 of that was fibre <20g total net carbs I was in deep ketosis 45+ total net carbs and I was totally out of keto. Kinda want to get back on the keto diet but it's more regimented then I can have right now and my girlfriends Apple cumble is currently an addiction so that doesn't help

Depends on how strong it is , Id start at 25mg but your a big guy so 50mg ??...
dont drink alcohol while taking Winny , she dont like that....

I had 10mg tabs. I took em ED (50mg). 30mg PWO. And the day's I didn't train I took 10mg about every 3-4hrs.

I know one thing I had tons of energy on the steak & egg diet . Once I got over the first week I felt great . Im gonna do it again but not yet , too many food events this month . Next month maybe....

Your starting Winny the same time your going steak/egg . Big changes , should get good by next hump-day ...weigh yourself and do tape measurements , especially the waist area .

I get the sweet tater fries too, safeway brand. Sooo much easier to maoe than a whole tater, and much easier to get down imo.
