Pet shop refugee's is what I heard . Some exotic pet warehouse in FL got broken into and alot of the snakes and lizards escaped many years ago , now the Iguana is common as rats in some places (according CNN) lol...??

Lunch today was smoked sirloin with a coffee crust (it's fucking delicious), 2 fried eggs and some white rice mixed with soy and sriracha.

After chasing the mass the last few years I long to be in top shape like I was 3 yrs ago when I did HST training . I got dense/hard as a rock and had mad endurance . So back to HST training I go , 3 fullbody workouts/wk - 2 sets only of each exercise--one week 15 rep sets then the next week 10 rep sets then next week 5 rep sets then back to 15 reps all the while increasing weight . Brutal some days . I already did my first workout starting lite. Its just like I remember ....177lbs (12/29/16)
