What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Ive always ate well and counted my macros and ate clean as fuck for years straight at some point. Either Im getting older or something but it just isn't working. I have this layer of stomach fat I just can not get ride of. I can produce good conditioning but I may have a weakness that I'm not noticing. I've tried everything even though I know what works best for me. I've literally started from square one pretending I don't know anything. And started over and I land right where I'm at again.
Anyone here got anything they can think of that might help me?
I'm thinking I'd have to do and hour of cardio every day fasted plus throw in an extra 60g of carbs every 3 days? Idk. Carb cycling works for me but weather I do a lot or little cardio it makes no difference.
DNP and fat loss drugs just help me get there sooner. That's it. Not further.

I've always been naturally lean. My upper body can be shredded but I have this little bit of fat on my belly, very little but it's on my love handles too.

Any suggestions, like I said anything would help.

I would continue the GH and insert it into the stack listed by Lyle above. You can also just do the stack and do LISS cardio.

Wait about 3-4hrs and take ECA, or clen, I prefer the former.

Your problem is most likely mobilization. You need to get the fat released so your body can burn it. Clen, ephedrine, yohimbine, GH are all good items to get things moving.
 
Hey thanks dude. As I mentioned before I’m all for killing animals for food. Just a health decision I made.

I found some interesting documentaries of people that have reversed completely blocked arteries simply by going vegan. It’s an on going battle with traditionally trained doctors and plant based nutritionists as to what’s right and wrong. I guess we’ll all find out one day right!?

I joke often about how I’ll be the first to drop dead at 41 from heart disease. Lol. We all know how this thing called life can have a sense of humor at times.

I like your attitude, i know a cpl cool vegans and i know some real arrogant self righteous asshole vegans as well. They take offense to meat eaters and try to guilt you into not eating meat. I think the best approach is to just share your experience with your vegan diet and the differences you notice is cool as hell and a much better approach to opening peoples minds to something new.
Anyway, good for you brother i think going vegan is a tough decision for most and takes real commitment.

Mostly covered up by “MILK” a big money buisness that made the food pyramid and pays to promote “milk” in school systems:)

My dad had high cholesterol and a long list of stuff to take pills for —- 3 years of vegan — cholesterol in check and no pills at all

If my life wasn’t so fast paced, I had a personal chef, and I didnt love meat I’d be a vegan!

Ive seen the same results and even more on a keto diet. The health benefits of a high fat low carb and no sugar diet are off the charts. Diabetes .... Gone. High blood pressure, clarity of thinking, and when combined with intermittent fasting , incredible fat loss not to mention healthy cholesterol levels.
Anyway, IMO most the health issues are caused by shit carbs, sugar and highly processed foods. Also eat organic meat to avoid all that shit they inject into meat.
Just my 2c.

I'm trying get another job so Tren is out for right now. Can only do Test and GH.

Im surprised the gh dont do it for you. I would suggest intermittent fasting say 16 hrs 3 days a week and do it on workout days for extra credit. I feel great on fasting days TBH i look forward to it. Last meal 7 at night and low carbs. Dont eat again till after my WO BOUT 11-12 depending.
 
Ok now the good stuff. Made steak and cheese samiches last night and they came out incredible. Top sirloin sliced thin seasoned with salt pepper garlic and onion powder, fried in avocado oil , onions and bell pepper also sautéed in olive oil. Grate some pepperjack cheese let it melt and thats it, HEAVEN!!! Best damn samich i ever made myself. IMG_0825.JPGIMG_0826.JPGIMG_0827.JPG

This ^^^^ its exactly why I keep going back to low-carb diets , I look better and I feel better . But I love sugar too....;) :p

I'll definitely try this starting tomrw. Unfortunately I don't like Clenbuterol but the others I'm good with. I'll try running them.

How is your performance on keto? Do you ever carb up or do you stay in ketosis all the time? I tried keto in the past ,but i had no energy at all. Intermited fasting works well for me for getting leaner. I'm able to control my calories better.
