That is the saddest looking breakfast...

My normal breakfast is 6 whole eggs bought farm fresh over medium with Himalayan salt, sriracha and fresh cracked mixed peppercorns... Usually grease pan with grass fed butter. Homemade cold brew iced almond Joy coffee. English muffin or two with grass fed butter, local peach marmalade and cheese.

And the finest pint of breast milk from a pregnant iranian refugee...we got it homie. You fancy as fukk

1 whole egg, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese all scrambled together. You have to cook a little longer to get out the extra water from the cottage cheese.

Just tried this for the first time this morning (with the cottage cheese)

I was pleased and will definitely be eating this often. Great way to get more protein with eggs.

Ive been trying this approach as i lose some weight. That ol adage eat like a king for breakfast a prince for lunch and a peasant for dinner comes to mind. Seems to be working well! Get my macros in before dinner then a glass of milk for supper. Thats all i been doing lately. Its nice to not hafta fuk on a full stomach, ya know?

I eat plenty of fish talapia included. Typically about 10 minutes in the oven at 375 is about all it takes unless you are talking about a thick tuna steak.

Yeah bro, this was just a quick article I dug up. Sea lice have grown resistant to standard treatments like antibiotics so they literally stand at the docks over the fish pens with a fire hose and spray thousands of gallons of pesticides right over the fish. It devastates entire waterways and ecosystems.

Blackened.

I do it a few ways. Either grilled, for which I use a grate put on top of my grill grate. I also use a cast iron skillet, which is probably the best way but my exhaust fans can't keep up and my house gets a bit pungent. Broiled or baked at a high temp are also good ways.

You can find good blackening spice blends to make at home online... I use a different one every time just about. I make tilapia every weekend... Have a couple lbs I did just today.
