It's awesome, pricey, but it's on sale often. Walmart is the only place I've seen 1%. I like to grab one every once in a while. And the choloate, look the fuck out, I'll kill it in a day. Lol Can get it anymore.

Oven Baked Mexican Rice - Immaculate Bites
I use this recipe. I also throw jalapenos in the pan too. 5 minutes of prep. Bout an hour in the oven covered in foil. I make a massive bake pan all at once. Easy as it gets. Remove foil and fluff.

First breakfast is steel cut oats and vanilla protein powder. You just have to take my word on that one, since it’s not much of a pic.
However my next meal EVERY DAY is this.
1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 banana, 1 Avocado
Had a pain in a tooth Wednesday. Thursday had it extracted due to a random abscess and shit hurts. Got sutures in my mouth so the last few days have been rough eating. But lunch is breakfast food.

The wifey whipped up her Denver omelet quiche , always welcomed P/W 5x10 pull-ups (since Ive loss so much weight the pull-ups are effortless , to a point)
