



Best Burger Patty ever eaten .. and i ate a Wagyu beef burger chez Salta Bae in NYC

Best burger: 2kg lean turkey or chicken minced meat -> Cook 4 garlic cloves in 2 tbspn unskimmed milk, dont overcook… then mash them..
1 whole egg… (without eggshell)
80ml Soy Sauce
Cooked milk with mashed garlic
mix, make some patties, it will be wet but you ll thanks that after cooking..
I put them on some baking paper and then frozen them
Cooking: I did 160 C , from frozen, 15 min, if still undone reput them, i wanna them light pinky, not overcooked and dry
in some minutes i ll try 200 C (maybe 10 min and see) for a better caramelization of surface, thats still happened at 160 C and its a fuckin game changer for lean chicken..
Try them and you wont repent
(in last burger pic i added some light melted cheese and black pepper, and some sea salt)
