Pre-ground, man. Gotta save time. I order it from MegaFit pre-cooked, sometimes from Costco where I have to add some onions and peppers and saute it in the Instant Pot.Do you grind it up yourself or buy ground already?

Yeah... I didn't even plan on living this long big dawg!! Appreciate the advice!! Be safe out there on tha road.. I got my Class A as well and have been contemplating going on the road.. (If my PO will let me travel)Jeez, that's some tough stuff brother. I get what you're saying too, it has nothing to do about how you look and what your fitness aspirations are. I'm only saying it healthwise longterm, eating ultra processed meat like deli which often times it contains just 3-5% actual meat and canned food with all these preservatives it's just not the best deal.
If your requirements are below 4,000kcal you can easily cook 2 healthy meals for your first and last and take one tupperware with precooked meal in your work. I'd prefer to starve a little and eat better when i return home than having lower quality meals in my work. I'm a trucker and sometimes i stay fasted for 6-8 hours until i can eat some proper food. I usually take with me 1 meal, but that's just my 2 cents. If it works for you and you enjoying it then by all means keep it up. Cheers!

Dident plan on living to 25 my self lol. Now I’m older and have a ibd I think more about that stuff also. But I’m not gana lie I still eat some processed stuff just very limited. Before my disease I Dident give 2 craps.
i like it a lot when i was younger , but like Eddie was saying about processed crap, that artificial sweetener is all bad, especially for the gut biomes.Little diet hack: using calorie free flavored syrups to reconstitute PBfit powder. Now you're using less powder, meaning fewer calories but better taste. Combine 2 tbsp with a rice cake and you have a nice snack for ~75 calories.

Getting a class A is a pain in the ass now a days.. you should do it though.I have been thinking about getting my class a as well. I never had a license for it but my old boss taught me and had me driving 10 wheeler and dump trucks and towing tractors, bobcats and excavators.
I can drive a 5 speed with a gear splitter and granny gear no problem. It’s almost like a 5 speed car but backwards + the gear splitter, I know that’s old school almost everything is automatic these days.
Why such a pain in the ass all the testing and medical stuff? For me it’s just the time to schedule in the classes, i already make about the same or more than a driver enless they are hauling gas or something. I’m just getting ready for a more chill job in the next few years. 5 axle mixer truck that’s a big boy, I know the 4 axle ones are the most tipsy things u can drive, I seen many times because into run a concrete pump, Guys constantly flip em.Getting a class A is a pain in the ass now a days.. you should do it though.
I got mine last year and wanted to get into heavy haul, lowboy stuff.. but I went a different direction, into powerlines.
Now I just want to buy an old peterbilt and lowboy trailer to play around with.. maybe some day.
Gotta get me a 6NZ..
I ran a 5 axle mixer truck before I switched to power, it was fun. The big stuff is fun.
83k lbs going places it shouldnt go, it was fun when you locked the axles and just pinned the pedal to the floor to get into stuff lol
The 4wk, monday through Friday classes are what is the pain in the ass, which are federally required now…Why such a pain in the ass all the testing and medical stuff? Your barbecue chicken from the other day looks fantastic.
I saw I can get that sauce you used on Amazon, here.
I would love to try it.
Was that the only thing you used, to coat the chicken?
Bet it was delish.

Thank you.lol I Know it’s like a foreign language lol. I haven’t done that work in years but I remember quite a bit.
Yea that’s sauce is good they have regular and no sugar added. Only thing that sucks is it does have a bit of sucralose. I usto get g hughes but I think it has even more. That’s the only bit of artificial sweeteners I consume. I could just get regular but don’t like to put extra carbs on my chicken.
But yea it was really good with rice and veggies a nice break from chicken breast.
I usually just use garlic salt and paprika on chicken.
I have no choice but to eat better lol.Thank you.
Do sweeteners cause you trouble with the colitis?
It's awesome you are eating well now.
I have no choice but to eat better lol.
Honestly my colitis is so messed I don’t notice the difference with small things like that with my diet. Even with all the elimination stuff I have tried. But I know that stuff is not good for your gut biome, I’m sure u could take some extra probiotics or something to counter that but still.
