recipe if you have it handy?
The one I’ve made*
2 Large Eggs
1 pound low fat Cottage Cheese mix in some ricotta
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Chives or other Chopped Vegetable
1 Pound 93/7 beef
1 ½ Cups Pasta Sauce
Zucchini Strips
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Couple Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Mix together your eggs, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and chives or other chopped vegetable

Brown your Beef (drain if not using a lean meat)

Mix in your pasta sauce and let that simmer for a couple minutes

Coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray

Add your Zucchini strips into the bottom of your dish or pan

Evenly distribute your cottage/ricotta mix over the top of zucchini layer

Evenly distribute Beef over the top of Ricotta/ cottage layer

Repeat until you get to your last layer, your Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese

Bake it on 350F/176C for around 35-40 Minutes

thank you, i always like to try different "variations " of popular dishes, sometimes theres a "food hack" involved that sets it aside from the basic recipe,,,,,

it looks so delicious, presentation is superb, is it just a basic "lasagna recipe"?
Yeah it's a typical lasagna recipe but when I say typical is complicated with you ppl.... Because I have read the most crazy shit put in those typical Italian recipes done by ppl on the internet ahahah

The secret is mostly in the Ragu you make for the lasagna the rest is pretty simple.

Anyway give me few hours and I'll leave the recipe I bet anyone of you can do it, it's pretty basic.

I mix my protein powder with water instead of milk I don’t even think about it, I’m built a little differently I guess because I have had people come up to me and say how do you do it sir how do you do it, I don’t even think about it

A Merry Christmas breakfast of ham steak 5 eggs with oatmeal, cottage cheese and milk on the side for those oh so important carbs! I should have taken a pic of last nights bounty but time wasn’t on my side since I started cooking late and had many hangry people giving me the evil eye. Last night it was a prime rib roast alongside a NY Strip roast and it was frigging banging!IMG_1149.webp

I totally forgot that I did take a pic of the Strip roast as it was cooking on the countertop. This was the first strip roast I’ve ever done. I’m sure I’ll do another one especially when they are marked down to $6lb at Publix but if I had a strip roast and a prime rib roast sitting in front of me at the same price I’m gonna grab the prime 10 of 10 times. It’s kinda flip flopped though because I prefer NY Strip steaks over ribeyes 10 to 1 but for a roast you just can’t beat bone in prime rib.IMG_1148.webp
