What's your trt dosage?

As the title states, what is your trt dosage and is it doctor prescribed or not?

My doctor, ironically named MisterSuperGod, feels that after a decade of drug abuse and the haphazard cycles sprinkled in between, not to mention the fact that i can see the age of 40 over the horizon, that it would be to my benefit to just blast and cruise to the finish line.

@wedorecover ^ Challenging you for king of the run on sentence, right there. :D

i do not have natty tt levels established, so, like a noob, i'm going off of "feels" and can honestly say, i feel much more human when i got a little exogenous Test doing it's duty.

Natty test levels are in the 190-215 range. Felt like complete shit when my Endo pulled me off trt and put me on a clomid regimen. I was trying to get my wife pregnant. I was hoping my Endo would throw in some HMG with the HCG she had me on already. But she wanted to go the long slow route.

Anyway I got my wife pregnant by upping the HCG and clomid.

Trt dose is 200mgs/week prescribed.

280 mgs a week...140 every 3.5.

This is too much and I have started to save 140 mgs a week for a once a year cycle I will run...give me 3 months to stockpile this stuff.

Going through the journey of TRT has taught me a ton about the way my body works (everyone is different). While my TT levels taking between 120mg & 180mgs a week arent as high as my levels taking 280mg a week, it seems anything over 180 throws many other things off. When my fasting TT levels are 900-1,000), my blood pressure, E2, Free Testosterone, HDL level, and total cholesterol are good. Now, I believe this has a lot to do with my inability to get my AI dose right when I go over 200mg a week. I generally see a spike in all of my numbers (except HDL) when I dont take enough & my E2 crashes when I take too much...

Arimidex is a bitch for me to dose properly. It seems 1/2 (half a g) 2x a week along w 120-180mg gets me to where I feel good and my levels -across the board are within range. 280 mg a week and 1/2 2 x a week doesn't cut it...high E2 (everyone is different)

Btw, I fucking hate E2 levels...they are my nemesis...pain in my ass to keep in the range..anyway, having crashed my estradiol a couple of times, i prefer high vs low all day long.

Currently 125 mg Sustanon PW. But it only comes in 250 mg amps here in UK, so I get 4 x 250 amps prescribed per month & have to throw the rest away....Its so tempting to keep pushing that needle! But on the upside I'm a good responder with Test levels in the upper range. Bloods all in normal range excepting liver enzymes on the high side due to other medications. Everyone responds differently to Trt dosages, bloodwork is key here.

Btw we don't get prescribed any ai or HCG here in the Trt protocol but in the USA this seems to be standard practice unless I'm mistaken? Doesn't seem to be a problem for me, but am thinking to maybe try HCG to see if I'm maybe missing anything. Yea balls have 'deflated' by about 25% but that doesn't bother me & the gf hasn't even noticed (she says anyway).

Practices here have a long way to go before there is a recognized standard.
Ok, I see. You'd like to think Docs only prescribe as required as ai's aren't the nicest of compounds. It's just when you look at many of the Trt/ 'anti ageing' clinics in the Usa they all seem to include those ancillaries as a complete package from the get go. Im guessing that might be more about maximising revenue - than patients actual needs.

It is hard to say... some people seem so susceptible to gyno that I think a lot of the A/A or TRT docs offer it as an option up front as a very conservative safeguard. Also, a considerable chunk of their patient base are quite obese and thus have a higher aromatization rate than the BB community specimens do.

Mine offers HCG, but couchs it as a purely cosmetic option as he is adamant that you understand that it is his medical opinion that TRT will be a lifelong commitment and you wont ever go back to natural production.

That's crazy @MisterSuperGod, my doctor happens to be named Perrin Aybara. Anyway 150-200mg a week split into two doses. I was taking Adex to keep e2 within range, but I stopped without any ill effects. Feel better without it. 150mg/week puts me at around 1200 total test.

I agree removing the AI does make you feel better....until you feel like shit because your e2 blows up...just saying, Esradiol is a SOB (Too high sucks & too low completely sucks)

Interesting..I think Docs here in the UK are a few years behind the USA in their knowledge of all things Trt. I got most of my info from US forums - then armed with that went to my Doc who initially said he doubted I had low levels. But he got me tested & sure enough my test was below range. But overalI think Docs here are more 'conservative' in their prescribing policies - maybe because the state picks up more of the bill.

The trend here has accelerated in the past few years.

When I first started researching the topic there was almost NOTHING available that I considered reliable or candid outside of PED sites like Meso and a couple sub-forums elsewhere.

These days clusters of TRT practices have sprung up as guys my age tend to spread word-of-mouth so enthusiastically to their peers that doctors get waves of patients after starting up.
