What's your trt dosage?

I want to see where I am. Ran 280 a week 140 x 2 (prescribed) for 4 weeks then 140 a week for the last 2 weeks vs 6 weeks 160 mgs (got me around 720)...vs baseline 300 ng/ml (will have blood drawn this friday).

I bet I won't be over 900

I must have the most conservative endo in the world. He refuses to go above 100mg/week. That dose started out fine, keeping me around 800-900 ng/dl, but last few tests showed me below the 600 mark. Just don't feel as good that low. All other bloods are fine, but he refuses to let me go higher.

Nice to be able to self-medicate between doctor scheduled bloods, but it would also be nice to find a doctor who's cool with me being in the upper-normal range.

Endos are all conservative...TRT Docs not so much. Mine seems to be a Venice Beach TRT Doc.

Yeah, I'm hoping to switch insurance providers next year. If I can get back with BCBS, I'll have a lot more options. I had a thyroidectomy a while back, so my endo just handles my TRT. He's good with thyroid issues... not so much with TRT.

when you upping the HCG and clomid how much of both?,are you on your trt dose at the same time?
thanks
I was on my trt dose and taking 100mgs/day clomid and 1000ius/day HCG for 14 days. Then went back to 100mgs/week clomid and 500ius/week HCG. Now I don't bother with clomid or hcg. That was just to get my wife pregnant and now that she is we are done with kids.

Canada health care is brutal. I goto see a specialist end of the month and there is no doubt i need trt. Funny thing is the specialist I am booked to see is the specialist they send you too everytime your doc doesnt know what to do, same guy. I guess here in Canada if your deemed a specialist means you specialize in everything. When i see him it will be interesting for sure....

Currently 125 mg Sustanon PW. But it only comes in 250 mg amps here in UK, so I get 4 x 250 amps prescribed per month & have to throw the rest away....Its so tempting to keep pushing that needle! But on the upside I'm a good responder with Test levels in the upper range. Bloods all in normal range excepting liver enzymes on the high side due to other medications. Everyone responds differently to Trt dosages, bloodwork is key here.
Why not transfer the leftovers to a sterile vial? Or just transfer all the amps to one vial and dispense from that

Fair point mate - but here in UK 4 X 250mg amps only costs me less than 10 USD so I don't see the need to be honest.
But now you've got me thinking I'm fxxcked if there's a Zombie Apocalypse so maybe I should!

Backload slin pin. 1 amp 2 pin 2 weeks so you'll stock pile 2 amp when you buy 2. You'll be ready for zombie apocalypse in couple months loll

TRT dose was prescribed at 140mg a week. Been on some form for 10 yrs....
Left the Doc and now I'm self prescribed at 250mg a week and that works much better for me.

Most docs don't take desensitization into consideration even when dealing with a long term patient

My trt doc is trying to figure out my dosing now. He told me do 100mg every Friday did blood Monday morning was 647 but e2 was high. So im thinking he will up the dose and put me on an anti e. Or do you guys think 100mg with anti e will put me higher than 647. I'm only 31 so I definitely need to be upper higher range based on my age. Maybe 120-130mg might put me there.

I've gone from initially being impressed with my original TRT/anti-aging doc to then become less and less so, while at the same time being nearly stunned by the utter ignorance in the medical field re TRT otherwise. Whatever they teach MDs in med school seems uniformly uninformed. You wonder what they *actually* know in other areas. After all, these are idiots who gladly slam 3ml of corticosteroids straight into your tendon sheaths while telling you that this will cure what ails you. Fuck these doctors! With a pine cone on a stick.

Then I got pissed off at the insurance and prescription practices - the miniscule monthly refills, and the insistence of shipping premixed HCG in big freezer boxes. And lots of niggling copays and bullshit. Such a time waste too.

So now I am my own doctor.

65mg of Test Cyp E3D - pretty much on a clockwork schedule. This gets me to right around the 1,000 mark.

My natty levels 4-5 years ago were 190...

I also take 250-300 IU of HCG twice per week - although some weeks I forget and do double shots to "catch" up. I tell myself that this irregular schedule regarding HCG is good to keep the gonads surprised.

0.25mg (quarter pill) of Adex when I feel that I need it - most weeks I don't. Trying not to use it.

I couldn't agree or relate more!
Putting your health and well-being completely into the hands of a doctor is just not the world we live in anymore.
Not saying we don't need doctors of course but we live in a world of information availability.

Good for you and good job!
