Gonna throw my thoughts on a few people I've watched listened to over the years.

Leo Longevity: seems to me he knows what he is talking about, yet I've seen people say he is a fraud or something. I've been watching him a lot lately.

Bostin Lloyd: Some love him, other hate him...funny, but can he be trusted?

Dave Palumbo: Seems to me he is always selling fiberlzye in every situation lol. Used to watch him a lot but got bored of his content. Also, has a shitty past selling fake gear/gh.

Vigorous Steve: Seen a bunch of his videos; He loves Primo and Test, and seems to know a ton of shit I don't even understand, getting very technical...associated with Leo and Derek from MPMD

Chase Irons: I paid for his YouTube subscription where he teaches people to homebrew and also shares his sources for 50 bux a month; does 2-hr streams and answers everyone's questions which I liked, but he has bland personality and treats everyone like a noob, so that is off-putting, yet he does literally answer everything.

Alex Kikel: seems like a nice guy, but very hyper lol.

Nick Trigili : I'm from NJ; used to be friends with him and even Phil Viz, back in the day; I went with him to vegas when he won his pro card. I stopped being party friends with him years ago; seems like he had more issues than I knew., but recently ran into his channel. It's somewhat entertaining, but a lot of gossip and shit. Him and Phil no longer friends, which I'm not surprised because I found all of these types were fake as fuck.

Broderick Chavez : Some say he is great, others a total retard

Fouad Abiad: I'm a big fan of his podcast, but then I hear he really isn't that person (according to Leo Longevity)

Dave Crosslands: big ass dude, seems to just read off all of script though.

Tony Huge: I get a 80s car salesman vibe on one hand, on the other, he comes off somewhat legit

Greg Doucette : I followed a lot of his dieting advice and currently doing that "maingaining" thing, which has been a 9-month recomp. Yet many people shit on that and think he has no clue what he is talking about.

Derek MPMD : Used to like his stuff but I unsubbed after he started making gay ass videos

Mike Israetel : Like his content, but can get too technical with all those fucking acronyms

Layne Norton: probably the best in regards to nutrition science

John Meadows. Love him, RIP.

Mark Bell: Like his podcast and his open-mindedness.

What are your thoughts....who do you trust or not trust?

Watched a coupe of his vids over time. He has spent the last 2 years throwing every style and gimic at the wall trying to find out what sticks to get subs.

My list is close to yours but with a little Bumstead, BuffGuys and Ryan Huminstead in the mix for giggles.

Leo Longevity is a lying photoshoping sheikh creep

MPMD had good videos, now he annoys the fuck out of me with those 30min videos where it takes him forever to say something bc he can't use normal words it has to be fancy scientific words

Tony huge is a tranny loving creep

Greg doucette is very annoying nowadays with that girly high pitched voice but those old videos where he talks about aas and sarms are very good

John Meadows can't say anything negative about him, seemed like a great guy. I've been running his programs for the past year, they're very very good

think you just have to take everything on YouTube with a grain of salt. I used to watch MPMD, Greg, john meadows(no need to question him he was on his shit), Leo fuck that fucking idiot. Saying he’s cured diseases and whatever, complete clown. Thinks he’s way smarter than he actually is.

just take bits and pieces from everyone. The opinions about what’s best in fitness and bodybuilding is endless, everyone has. Different view and way of doing things.

Nick Walker and the raw nutrition channel is numbero Uno for training and some nutrition

Fouads channel has good nutrition and some training

Nick trigili, leo, and rx muscle for entertainment

HONERABLE mentions (with great overall real bodybuilder info)
Mile high monsters (Brett wilkans and Martian fitswasser channel)
Jason Lowe channel
Mountain dog
James Holingshead
Kuba Cielen
Evan centopani
John jewittt

I take a little from all of them.. and make best decisions on things like food and training.. they all have their strong and weak points..
Alot of them with aas tell you what you should do or is safer.. not what they do.. for obvious reasons.. if they reccomend some cycle or drug and someone dies or gets ficked up.. it may/will come back to them in a lawsuit.. I like most of these guys..some more then others..

It's a bit unfortunate some of these channels, especially more plates more dates, start out as a fun project but once they get a lot of subscribers they start using the viewer's trust they've gained to hawk things like TRT, pre workout powder, pay forums, and fiber supplements.

I'm seeing way too many twenty-something couch potatoes coming on here with perpetual 250mg test doses because they saw on YouTube that's all it takes to maintain deathstar delts. They don't realize he blasted grams of test and tren per week for years and stopped because he was started to lose his hair. And I myself have paid way too much for arginine/citrulline amino acid and caffeine "pre workout" powder.

But these are just gym rat bro science enthusiasts who are not successful on their own, and making videos out of an old sauna in their parents basement. It's just that the amount of hype or even deliberate misinformation out there just to cover their own ass or make a buck is ridiculous. You've got Leo telling everyone to inject pig brains. Tony Huge hyped and sold sarms for years until the govt busted his company. And then you've got Greg Doucette and Vigorous Steve telling people they take way less anabolics than they really do for social and personal reasons. Good info is out there, but beware of agendas.
