@rutman youve got some serious tree trunks for legs bud! Would you say barbell squats is one of your favorite movements?
Thanks brother! No doubt barbell squats are the king of all leg movements. I learn a lot by watching John Meadows. Time under tension, higher reps, drop sets... It's all about blood flow and not about the weight, imo.

That's what I'm talking about! How are gonna run the mast and var? What dosage?

I added mast last week and gonna start the var in 2 weeks.
 
Up to my
Trainer I know mast is 100 over other day with the tren and prop. And var he hasn't told me I get it from his next week
 
It's been several years since I've competed. But I won a few when I was younger... I'm knocking hard on 40 now.
 
Right now I'm running:

800mg Tren
800mg mast
300mg test Cyp

I'll add 60mg of var in 2 weeks.

Then at 4 weeks out, add 60mg winstrol to finish it off.

I'll drop the test 2 weeks prior to the show.
 
I've made solid progress over the last yr. Still gonna keep working hard.
