Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

What's your macros look like rut if ya don't mind me asking and how much of a deficit you in? I'm starting to extract information on the bodybuilding prep side from people in hopes for next year so be interested to know what's working for you so well

Right now I'm around 2600 calories, 110 carbs and 400 protein. I'm not real sure in fats but probably around 50g. Food sources are exclusively tilapia, chicken, brown rice, some sweet potatoes, liquid egg whites and almond butter.

Wait until that water come off and carb up for your show. WOW you will be looking freaky.

Yeah, that pretty much fn sucks to workout on...

Sucks don't even come close brother!. I schedule all my carbs around my workouts so ill have some energy, but by the end I'm drained. I'm on the bed a lot of nights by 8 just to keep from eating the house.

I hope I can hold it all together for 23 more days. There's been times where I've had to eat back up to hold my size. I'll have a higher carb day every 4th day to keep me somewhat full. Usually eating some kodiak cake pancakes on those days. Still holding around 228 pounds and I don't really want to go below that until I dry out.

But im always like that. And my diet isnt as strict as yours
Im pretty sure if she put master locks on the cupboards and fridge id try to naw thru the metal with my teeth

Hey just keep your eye on the prize and listen to your coach if you have one. Keep working hard man. You will do good.
