~2months out. Have never seen this sort of progress from so little as far as diet and cardio tweaks go. I think it speaks to a smart approach by my coach, my offseason, and my actual training being effective. Also seeing my weight stagnate as we make progress in the mirror. So this should be interesting.

Happy Easter boys. Hope you all ate some pie for me.

Much respect for your dedication and physique. No doubt you’re “All In” with your training, and diet. Not many people will admit or give credit to someone such as yourself for the work you put in but it doesn’t go unnoticed or unrecognized on this board. If someone wants to be a great football coach how do you accomplish that by speaking and learning from other great coaches. Same goes with bodybuilding and training. Although I have no desires competing I still aspire to be better than 99% of regular people. Keep inspiring us with your feedback and knowledge!

I’m glad this board finds value in what is often thought of and what normally is a very selfish endeavor. I’m cooking something up just for Meso though. Stay tuned.

Don't be gettin' all snobby and forget us little people after you go pro. :D

I don’t think going pro solves the fact that I’m 5’6.

It’s funny to see people change over this. You get a trophy and a little card and think you’re important...a pro in a sport almost nobody cares about and very few turn a profit in.

Dude at my job turned pro last year. Masters 45 and up physique. Never won a local show never won nothing lol. Then bam some how Got his pro card.

Don’t get me wrong I give him credit but you’d think he won the Olympia. Got a custom weight belt says ifbb on it lol, goes to all the shows now.

I also know bodybuilding is much much harder to get a pro card in. I think one show it was they gave out 40 some cards for physique and maybe 10 for bodybuilding I forget the exact number and to get your pro card in the open class like wildcat is trying to do is on another level. Masters is difficult but I’ve seen local guys here destroy these smaller shows then go to Pittsburgh and get the old 16 place because after 15th everyone is 16th place on the npc website. And everyone will hype them up and say did you see so and so at this show. Then they go to Pittsburgh and not crack top 10. It’s very hard and much respect to wildcat because to be on that to go for you pro card is amazing.
