He’ll be a welterweight? I believe you can still crossover from open to masters at Nats. He should do both if he can. That weight class is barren. Not much a pro future that light (Shaun Clarida is the only one that comes to mind) but he could very well snatch a card.

FYI, Masters Nationals is in July with the Collegiate and Teens in PA where as the Open Nationals is in Nov. down in Miami so crossing over isn't done much.

Same qualification requirements though so if he qualifies Nationally then he could do both if he wanted.
 
Thank you. I don’t know a lot about drugs I know the basics but he wants to run oral tren too. I know nothing about that. Do you? I just read very toxic
Agree with @Mac11wildcat. Inject. tren is fine. He'll be stressing his liver enough with the other orals if that's the route he's going. He'll be in shape so there's no need to go crazy on the doses either. If he stays in the mid range on everything he'll be fine. Just keep working and don't make crazy changes. That's where new guys lose it at the end.

You have made incredible changes over the last year primarily due to the diet and training adjustments, correct? Yet I see so many guys here talking about cycles with test and tren and EQ and NPP and mast, with a 5 week dbol kick off and var the last 4 weeks, and GH and slin too, and I just shake my head.

Yet I see so many guys here talking about cycles with test and tren and EQ and NPP and mast, with a 5 week dbol kick off and var the last 4 weeks, and GH and slin too, and I just shake my head.

I love an have missed you guys for real. I know I haven't been around all that much due to a bunch of bs of shit going on in my life which a lot of you already know about. I haven't slacked off in the gym and if anything due to my past relationship it has turned me into a whole different person with a drive that is completely insane. In my avi picture is a result of me being stressed out and just hitting the gym three times a day destroying a different body part each time and not giving a fuck. I haven't been blasting at all. This was all done through hellacious hard work on a 250mg/wk cruise for the las year or so.....and now that I got a new plug for a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables all the time that come from a lady who is a manager over a fresh produce section at a store who throws out all their food that starts to turn, she's bringing it all to me and I am blending up shakes right and left that consist of dry oats, oranges with the peel still on them, bananas with the peel still on them, Grapes strawberries blackberries raspberries kale broccoli carrots spinach natural peanut butter honey in a motherfuking partridge in a pear tree LMFAO. I already know that you guys probably know all the info that I'm getting ready to say but this is something I have said to some friends just to kind of school them on eating healthy and I still haven't dialed my diet all the way in as in counting macros down to the T. If I could dial my diet completely in, I would really shine I do believe. I've had several at my gym here recently tell me that I need to step on stage I just laughed and told them that I would get laughed off stage LOL. Anyways below is an entire fucking story but I told a group of people about my diet.

Im keeping everything clean. Baked skinless chicken with no seasonings or additives at all. I eat my salads an vegetables withou any dressings. I mainly eat uncooked broccoli as my vegetables since broccoli is a super veggie. Same way with my fruits. Eat alot of Kiwis cuz they are a super fruit. What i mean by super veggie an fruit is, broccoli an kiwiws have way more vitamins an minerals in them than anyothers. Nothin is cooked besides my chicken cuz anytime u bring heat to food your killing off vital nutrients. Its not fun or tasty at all but its very effective. Our bodies crave those nutrients. Were not ment to run off of processed foods that are packed with preservatives. Think abou it, anytime anyone gets down on their health whats the very first thing a Doc will tell you??? They gunna put you on a diet....why???? Cuz a proper diet will help your body live longer. Not only that but it will perform better as well. If we eat like shit were gunna look an feel like shit easy as that. Its not that hard to eat healthy, its jus not fun cuz the foods bland but after so long you get use to it an when u start seeing changes in the mirror with your physique an how much better you feel, you'll become addicted to eating healthy. I know iam. Ive lost 15lbs in the las month withou even doin any cardio at all jus due to my diet alone. I cnt stress how important a proper clean diet is. While im eating my meals an chewin up broccoli, ill throw some grapes, pineapple, oranges, strawberries or bananas in my mouth at the sametime to disguise the bland ass broccoli flavor an it works. Instead of eating cookies an cakes....I use mother natures candy aka fruit as my snack substitute. Give it a try for a few months an take some before an after picks. Eat 3 meals a day an when you feel the hunger come on....fight it cuz the hunger an growling sound means your body is eating up your fat stores an using them for energy an since your diet is clean af, your not givin your body the opportunity to store that shitty fast food, restuarant food, boxed an canned food as fat. I hope this helps anyone who reads it. Its never to late to make changes to your body but you have to stay headstrong an completely dedicated to your diet. Not jus do it a few times an go back to shitty fast food or foods you cook at home that come out of cans an boxes..

Any help or guidance along the way will be much appreciated fellows and thank you guys for always being there for me and helping me out along the way. I couldn't get to the level I am currently at without y'all's help support and motivation fr ❤.....lil ol Skull is not done yet, infact the way i see it at 35yrs old im jus gettin started... my drive is fucking crazy right now cuz works in my blood and I kill cuz I'm hungry;):D:):p:cool:

@Skull have berberine on hand, separate your gH from carbs as much as possible, and start at 2iu and work up to whatever you want for a max dose slowly. It takes time to make an impact but it’s great shit.

And I see what you did there with the FnF reference. I see you.

An to answer your question directly so all newbs who may see this will think twice abou the amount of gear they one reallys needs in order to force growth......well im happy to report an knownit to be true 100% is becus im walking an breathing it right now. U dnt need shit for gear to grow if your knowledgable in the kitchen department. These gains were all made with right aroun an 18yr old adolescent males Natty T is at. Its all been an insane amount of work an the cleanest diet one could ever live on fr. In the kitchen is where youll get those changes an where the true magic happens children lol, not in the barrel of a pin 4ReelzDough
