Cause when u run HGH for a long period of time your t4 will become super low all the time as everything converts to active t3,u risk then also to get hypothyroidism. Your igf sensitivity on the muscle cells will go down,so then people start run more and more HGH.
So in short when u add t4 ,you never lose igf sensitivity,your metabolic rate will be amazing almost impossible to get fat,u will not be tired but full of energy during the day.

I'm guessing this is why I feel like crap when running hgh. So add in some t4 daily when on hgh and I should feel better? If so what's a good starting dose? Thanks brother.

I would say 100mcg... some guys need more even 200mcg but they use over 8iu HGH daily
 
I am a bloated 245 (new record high for me) and wondering how much more I need to add to be competitive when I cut. I am shooting for 250 before cycle ends . . . fingers crossed . . .

Stuffing down food is tough . . .

this is my first time using a coach. I never did cardio usually till last 8 weeks or so I’ve been on cardio now the whole prep 8 weeks or so. Just slow walking 20-30 min.
