Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

How many ius of gh are you using?
How do you measure your shoulder progress?

You've mentioned cardio not being a daily thing leading up to just getting your pro-card, yet you seem vascular as shit. What do you attribute that to?

Thanks again
Huh? Cardio was at least 6 days a week, usually 7, maxing at 70m per day. Unsure what my GH usage matters but 6iu EOD. I don’t measure anything except weight on the bar, reps, body weight, and food. I’m vascular because we got peeled.

That cardio comment of mine, I meant, you previously mentioned cardio wasn't a routine thing - off season - but it was during your contest prep.
And you subsequently - since getting your card - mentioned you planned to utilize it more in the off season, moving forward.

I guess as a newb I'm just trying to better understand bulking and cutting.

Thank you

Ah ok. I misunderstood. Cardio will be minimum 4 days a week offseason. I’m making myself that promise. It will eventually decrease to 20’ a day, but I will be tapering that.

OKAY. So I have to ask this @Mac11wildcat - while I have your attention.

Why specifically, do you plan to utilize cardio in the off season, more than you have previously?

Last question for today. Thanks again.

Health. I’m approaching serious big boy territory and I want my heart to keep ticking. It will also help with condition and a little extra blood flow twice a day can help push nutrients.

How do you increase calories after a period of calorie restriction? In what increments?
He gives a lot of detail about diet in his log. If you have not read it, I suggest going to the bodybuilding section and reading the entire thing. He logs years of efforts trying to get his pro card, and he talks a little about what he is doing with his diet now coming off nationals.

It is a long read, but if you are interested in competing, it is worth the time you put in to read the whole thing.

But the short answer is jump back to a diet/caloric intake 2-3 weeks out, normalize, then add food per the goal and the mirror.

5 more weeks left of cycle. I am 4-5 weeks in. I am 240 lbs here 6 foot 1.
Really going to stay consistant these next 5 weeks. Eating 4200 cals. 330 protein, 400 carbs, 112 fats.
Goal these next 5 weeks. 250 lbs. i would say i am 15-16 percent bf? I would like to be 250 at the same bf fat, maybe 1 percent more. Mid cycle pics. Ill have a before, mid and after pics. When i done.
Edit-cycle at the moment 350 test and just upped tren to 420 this week. Was at 280
