Thats what i appreciate about the PL side of things. Strength driven not vanity. I suppose both have their place. As far as BF #'s i dont really care. You say 18%? Looks fine too me. You look like an athlete. A tool meant for a job. Lean too meUp to 225 at 5'11ish. I'm a strength and powerlifting guy at heart but I'll probably start considering my first serious cutting phase once I'm around 235 or so. Just don't wanna jump the gun and be left with no strength or appreciable size since I'm probably close to 18% bf or more, and I know I can cut fat pretty quickly once I set my mind to it.

Unless you carry a ton of fat on your lower half you're below 18%. There's decent traces of abs. Water retention might be masking your leanness. Anyway, I'd guess around 14% or so
Thanks trukk, and I agree. I respect the guys that get down to single digit bf and go on stage to show that pain and hard work but it just ain't my cup of tea. Nah, my biggest fat stores are on the sides of my lower back. Not as visible from the front of course. I may figure a little higher than actually is, just the kind of person I am.
