Can a woman get the anabolic benefits from steroids and block the androgenic effects using spironolactone?
 
haha... you boys and your weight... have you ever thought it's all about the form and not how much you can 'swing' ...I always want to go up to some of those guys and tell them to stop swinging with momentum and actually use the muscle properly... it is WAY more attractive seeing proper form than how heavy you have it... some of my closest friends and they are monsters, they do light weight and look phenomenal.

Big three the only momentum you can have is the momentum of your own awesomeness. @jaymaximus i think you look good don't listen to GG and the none powerlifting mentality ;)

lol seeing those 'monkeys' is one of my pet peeves and it just looks sooooo silly! Plus months down the road, they still look the same and usually full of injuries that they need to 'nurse'

Spironolactone is great at blocking aldosterone...it can help in preventing the bad sides in women that we have a risk of developing of unwanted hair especially found in the male patterns - beard, mustache, sideburns, back, chest, shoulders... it's always good to have it on hand in my opinion with certain compounds...also great diuretic for those getting ready to compete
 
Haha ok cool. Yeah i definitely dont stare or anything, like the last thing i want to do ever, and especially when im working out, is socialize with anyone. A perfect day for me is a day when the gym is totally empty and i sont have to worry about these sorts of things haha

I guess I'll confess. While I do rack 85% of the time, sometimes I get lazy. And people will look at me, but at my gym none of the guys will ever say anything to me (I am one of the bigger guys there). The funny thing is women will come right up and shame me into doing it on my lazy days. Usually with a "ugh, are you just gonna leave those on there?"

Ive found I can be a little blunt. Someone should offer a class on how to talk to women.
Just remember a simple thing: we want to feel desired.

Generic phrases like 'you're beautiful' fall flat and seem insincere. Notice what she accentuates: if she wears a low cut top, she likes her chest. Tell her her boobs are amazing. If she wears tight pants, she loves her butt. If she wears her hair down and touches it, she feels like it's a good trait. Remember that in bed.

If you're genuine and notice what is unique to your lady and then focus on that, the chemistry will be easy and flowing.

If you use generic, flat statements that can be applied to anybody, it feels like the guy just is going through the motions to get laid.

In the mornings at my 24 hr, like 430am, the weights are EVERYWHERE.

I re-rack them all as my warmup. It takes about 20 minutes, but I take it seriously and engage my core, squat down, farmer walk, curl, pretend like I am changing tires in a Nascar race (45s get piled high next to the leg press). Gets me fucking pumped and I'm doing a common good. :)

I used to do this at my commercial gym... weights would be so out of order. I'm talking 90's next to the 10lb dumbbells, followed by the 35 and back to the 20....
I would rearrange things and the gym staff would just watch me.

My current gym has wonderful management and they are just as OCD as me :P

I can't eat dinner unless I've walked around my building 3 times, folded my napkin into 3 parts, and my first bite has to be taken 3 minutes after I sit down.

Sometimes I'll take too long folding the napkin and miss my 3 minute window....
Then I gotta do it ALLLL over again

I also have an ulterior motive - if there are tons of weights in the rack I'm using, I will keep getting interrupted because people want to snag weights, so I organize, minimize to only what I need and I get left alone.

Plus I can't see well without my glasses so it saves me time instead of walking around squinting, looking for weights. I broke my big toe 2 months ago on a 45 that someone leaned up against the wall. Saftey, organization, efficiency...oh gawd I'm old!!! Lol

Ouch. Its funny you mention the glasses. Because I never wear mine in the gym and I walk around squinting all the time. Now people are so used to it they ask what Im looking for and point me in the right direction. I guess Im getting old too :(

Ok. Since no one will amswer my last question :( I have a new one.

Ladies, are all youre men active in the "lifestyle"? Meaning do they train and / or utilize PEDs?

Ive noticed men who workout will have women who dont, but you hardly ever see a woman who works out with a man who doesnt.

I see a bunch of ladies at my gym who are serious into fitness with husbands that go to the gym on occasion. I would personally feel like less of a man if my woman was stronger and in better condition than myself though. Guess some guys have more self confidence than myself.
