What max you shooting for may I ask?

No idea besides more than at my meet this past March. I still have a few nagging injuries including the back. It's been holding up ok lately but it put a serious dent in my training since I went several weeks without squatting, over a month with no deadlifts, and some of the time I was doing those movements I had to scale back the intensity and volume so I could go to work the next day.

I see, and props to you for keeping it going. How is your back now?
 
Squat and DL for me today, got about 1 month left of my 5*5. Last set was 3 reps of 310 squat. Had a bit left in the tank for DL, last set was 2 reps of 350.

Sweating like a rapist in summer camp, the DNP has me swimming in my own fluids by the end of each workout lol
