at first glance I thought 5hose eggs were a flour tortilla lolBreakfast / preworkout meal. Eggs that I cooked on stove and then put in oven on broil for few minutes. I prefer my eggs over medium but flip as I didn't want to take chance breaking yoke so I boiled it. Next time I won't cook as long on stove because yoke wasn't as runny as I like.
Broiling it caused the egg whites to look like moon craters.

Yes sir and thank you. On cycle it's all about how many calories can I put down and two-three cheats a week helps me get my calorie count up.
