Also, trying out this super low carb thing, strictly before workouts, day two of this, had only a couple pieces of toast with my pre workout meal yesterday, and about a half cup of potato salad for lreworkout meal today, i can definitely tell my energy is down a bit and i cant stop being hungry, this is gonna suck but im determined to stick with it for a while and see how it goes.
If you bump your fats up you should feel much more full. Just do no carb throughout the day and slam a banana or 2 preworkout
