Goal 205lbs

Hey guys
Currently I am fairly new was training for the past 2 years but started my 2nd cycle mid Nov doing 1.5ml cyp250 on Mon & Thu ... No diet eat like a pig but avoid candy , fuzzy drinks and takeout food.. 2 shakes a day (45g protein 150g carbs per serving)

The Question is it feels like i hit a wall.. I grew fast and now I am stuck , should I continue with the cycle or take a break (still have 20ml cyp left)

1st cycle was close to a year ago 10ml cyp 1ml mon & thu for 6 weeks gained around 16lbs

Change up your training. You should do this every so often anyway. You should have your training planned out for cycles to take advantage of increased recovery time.
 
I did use a online calculator i added a pic of my process ... dont know much yet. Maybe u can evaluate please
I would say your BF is higher than 8.5 based on those pics but understand its hard to determine an exact percentage. Calipers help to give an approximate idea. If your goal is 205, I would reevaluate your caloric intake vs your energy expenditure. So youre at 375mg Test a week or 750? Im confused on that..

No offense but you are closer to 15%bf. Everyone always thinks they are way leaner than they really are. When you use a caliper and measure correctly the first time you will see what I mean.
 
Ill get a more accurate reading at a doc or sport centre... im on 750mg test cyp . I have been reading about macros starting too look closer at the amounts food contain asfar as the bodyfat go not too much worried about a sixpack....yet

Am I the only one who noticed that in the "after" pic one large tat has been removed and 3 others added?

Maybe the photo is reversed in the selfie?

I went too one of my old rugby couch he di bodybuilding back in the day (before i was born probably haha) he took skinfolds and said my bodyfat is at 13.5% noted aswell he didnt push the caliber so hard as i did so im closer to the correct number now

Eat more. Really... Eat more.

A cycle length should also be figured in terms of weeks, not how many mL you have left.

I do try and eat alot but i can feel its not enough ... in terms cycle it would of been 6 weeks then visit friend in china for 3 weeks then another 6 weeks cycle ... could not go to china so just carried on with the cycle making it a 12week
