How do you like it compared to triples? Feel like it's easier to predict 1rm?

Only been doing the doubles a couple months now, so haven't went for a 1RM yet. I'll probably try a 1RM in the next 3-6 months to see where I'm at though depending on how training goes and if I do a meet or not. In theory the less the reps the more accurate the 1RM prediction will be, but for me a 3RM is very accurate anyway.

I took about a month off from the gym and just got back in(flu/pneumonia). Deads seem like nothing changed but bench feels fucking terrible.:oops: Hoping it comes back pretty quick.

I missed two weeks. Thought I could bench again at first because there wasn't any pain, but now it's back as bad as it was. I'm strictly overhead pressing again for the foreseeable future.
