Solid work on the OHP and pin squats.
And congrats on the new job my man!

Yeah buddy

Congratulations brother!

Thanks, guys. I think the new job is going to be a good fit. Pay is double what I'm used to and hours are slightly less per week. It'll be close to my girlfriend's work schedule and leave plenty of time to train. The work will be hard, but I don't mind hard work when I'm paid a fair wage.

The overhead press I'm seeing where I can go while I can't bench heavy.

I worked for a moving company called Gentle Giant out of Boston, maybe 2 months at best. Constant running in and out of houses all day long. Fill up the truck, drive and off load the truck. Fill up the truck, drive and off load the truck. You get the idea. Was in really good shape, looked great. When I was in the truck I was eating or asleep.

Your ohp is killer. I'd pass out and fall over if I tried that weight :D

I'm used to that kind of work, pretty much all I've ever done. I need the cardio anyway and can't seem to get it done any other way.

Going for 245-250x1 in the near future on OHP.

Low handle trap bar deadlift 415lbs for 3x18

actually just stumbled across this @Perrin Aybara maybe it might help. From what you said, seems like an AC joint issue.

Thanks. I tried that first one with the kettlebell in between sets today. It hurts, so hopefully it helps.

Hey guys I haven’t been on here in a while due to life shit. I know your issue isn’t knee related but, doing hamstring curls before squats and dead’s is honestly a game changer. Took that from John Meadows and it is life changing. Squats feel more in the groove and powerful, and activation for dead’s is off the charts. Something I think everyone should try 100%. I’ve been doing it before every leg day and my legs have also shot up in size.

I'll try that. I do them 2x a week anyway, but at the end.
