Paused bench 135lbs for 5x5 just trying to see what I can do without pain

Face pulls 5x15

Chin ups 3x10

Adductors and abductors with bands 3x20
 
Mind you, im not actually going to do it, but i did think about it. Then i thought about whether or not i would have the will power to actually diet down just to look better, and then i thought about doing cardio, and about all the food i would miss out on, and then about getting weaker again because of it....so yeah, im just gonna be fat swole for my vacation hahahah
 
I stop into check my buddy's log and all I read is cutting this and diet that... What kind of fuckery is this? This is the one thread I'm supposed to be able to count on everyone being bigger, stronger and fatter...

While all of this is true, tell me you can look at Jay’s prep pics and not say to yourself “...I’d hit it”.
