Lost 14lbs in the last two weeks. About what I expected only eating about 3000 calories a day. Been eating three meals, but skipping shakes, so been in a massive deficit all this time. Plus working a lot of hours, so more expenditure. I've still got a bunch of test on hand, so I'm tentatively planning a blast around the end of the month. After such a hard weight cut and time off to heal up it should be an ideal time for gains. Returning to the gym tomorrow morning. I'm laid off again, so plenty of free time.
