Speed squats with bands 320lbs + ~60lbs in bands for 15x2

Deficit sumo deadlift paused 1-2" off the floor 405lbs for 5x3

Kinda got hooked on this phone game I started playing last week. Sorry for neglecting you guys, lol.
What phone game is that good?

It was a fairly light day anyway, but work the day before didn't have any impact. Used to do a lot more after working construction all day.
The construction work's more physical and pretty much like cardio, and thus carried over to your gym lifting. Good you got more energy now than you ever had before if I recollect you had days where you had hardly any energy.

226lbs

Comp squat 370x1, 410x1, 440x1, 390x5, 390x5, 390x5, 390x5, 390x5

Had to work this morning and have to go right back for the evening, so just hit my main squat. Got a lot of driving back and forth to do plus gotta food prep and shower. In retrospect should've prepped the food yesterday, but had to work all weekend and didn't feel like it. 390lbs moved probably easier than it ever has though. I based my 5x5 weight on the RPE of the single and probably should've went with 410lbs looking back, but the single was oddly difficult and threw me off.
