I know everyone is saying just walk away but that is easier said then done .. at least for me ... that’s the hardest thing to do is to let people u care about go ... even when its toxic ... but it has to be done ... much respect to you for blocking her i know that isn’t easy

I was engaged to a smokin hot cop and let me tell you, it’s crazy what one can endure when you’re in love. It was so great and so toxic all at the same time. The final straw was when I had a globe candle smashed over my head. I wish I had the time to get deep into it but I’ll spare that shit. My biggest problem is I was verbally abusive when angry. I say things I don’t mean because I don’t hit women so it was how I acted out my anger. When I am on cycle it gets a lot better actually. I have more patience and seem not to just act out of anger. Weird I know. The point of this is that, what she wrote is something I wouldn’t even write or say to someone. Her ethnocentrism is pretty apparent and nothing would make me want to share my life with her. @size26s we all just outsiders looking in and it’s funny when you get a girl and all your friends try warning you or they all hate her. You think everyone is wrong and it usually turns out that they were right. Only you will know what’s worth it. I said it’s ok I’m over I’m in a good place. Let’s just go our separate ways. This can’t be fixed. Then she hits me with I’m pregnant. I said you swear she says yes. Now I was brought up by both parents still married, I never wanted to be a part time dad.

So I say are u sure it’s mine she says yes. Here’s the kicker. We were engaged 2 years ago and we had a falling out and she got an abortion. I know I’m going into lots of detail sorry but it made me think today that I said it’s over I wont ever be with you again. Now I don’t believe in abortion we all have different beliefs. She says this time I’m keeping it. I’m like ok that’s your choice I just find it odd last time you didn’t keep it and we were engaged and this time I’m telling you it’s over.

Sooo all my people say dude she is making all this shit up to fuck with you. Idk what the fuck is going on but I have my show this week and I’m doing my show but after that there is a lot of shit that needs to be figured out. That’s all I got for today. Honestly, all you can and should do is just take a step back and just let it play out. Sometimes detaching is the hardest thing to do, but it’s the best in this case. Obviously, if she is lying you’ll know in a short order of time. I know you know it’s the right thing to do. Question is are you up for the challenge?

What’s up brother!

Basically calves are worked all day and stabilize your body. So most who struggle or say my calves don’t grow don’t work them enough.

Who has the biggest calves? Mailmen/women and balarinas. This is because they work the 8+ hours per day.

When we go to the gym and do let’s say, 15 reps with 3 sets that really is nothing at all and is why we see zero results from a muscle group that is used all day.

Our goal is to recruit more satellite cells to the area and force them to grow and how to do this is doing reps of 100 per set and getting total of 600-800 reps in. you can do more per set than 100 if you are able, but by 100 you will be hurting.

Or you can do like taco did and do 200 reps per day for several days in a row. This will also force them to grow. But you will be hurting like others have said but how bad do you want calves?

Real question(s). 1, what if the person has high calves, meaning the gastrocnemius is in the upper quadrant on the calf, towards the knee. 2, if one has high calves, growth would only be noticeable in the soleus, which leaves little in terms of growth potential. I ask because I've tried high reps, low reps, high frequency, high volume, etc with extremely sub par results.

How long does it take for you guys to notice anavar kick in? My trainer and I are doing the same cycle and he was complaining of var cramps today and I never get them till like week 3. I don’t usually notice much till then. We are doing 50mg ed and just wondering if it is common to see or notice results in a week? Or cramp that soon for that matter. Winny and Dbol made me cramp but var doesn’t until I go to 100mg.

That is a tough situation for sure. But I think the best strategy would be to create an illusion by creating a thicker bottom half. Really try to target the fibularis brevious, soleus, fibularous longus and the extensor digitorum.

Even if you get huge calves if the lower quadrant isn’t thicker the calves will make your legs look even smaller with as high up as your calf is. But, the opposite will happen if the lower group becomes thicker then the calf area in general will look thicker.

Or perhaps your minerals and vitamins etc are better balanced in your body. Just cuz he is a trainer doesn’t mean he eats correctly [emoji51] he could be experiencing symptoms sooner because he hasn’t taken any precautions such as magnesium, potassium or other supplements that aid in reducing the issues.

I don’t know him so maybe he is, but var according to my friend has never caused any of the cramps. He does experience amazing pumps but zero cramps.

With that being said i do 4 to 6 different lifts focusing on traps, not including the 4 or 5 other shoulder lifts i do that day. Im by means no small fella, 6ft 240 17% bf, but im wondering how to get my traps to really grow. I do front and rear bb shrugs, rack pulls, wide grip upright rows, farmers carries, 45lb plate upright rows, and face pulls. I do 3 to 4 sets on each. What am i missing? By the way, very good info on how to blast them calves!

With that being said i do 4 to 6 different lifts focusing on traps, not including the 4 or 5 other shoulder lifts i do that day. Im by means no small fella, 6ft 240 17% bf, but im wondering how to get my traps to really grow. I do front and rear bb shrugs, rack pulls, wide grip upright rows, farmers carries, 45lb plate upright rows, and face pulls. I do 3 to 4 sets on each. What am i missing? By the way, very good info on how to blast them calves!

Haven’t posted in here before but I had the same problem. One thing that helped was grab 45lb plates in each hand, shrug them and hold the contraction for 10 seconds x 20 reps. It’s a wide range but do no less than 5 sets with a high of 10 sets. For a couple weeks do this 3 times a week. You can use more weight but with just 45lbs my traps are fried by the last set.

Out of the shadows...
With back thickness areas such as traps, rhoms etc, try this... a scapula retraction. Arms all the way forward pull the shoulders back keeping arms straight, then drive elbows back trying to touch elbows together. If you question its effectiveness do it right now standing up.
