Body fat

yeah thanks Slate, seen some similiar pics on google images, if you search bf% , but i havent quite seen someone built like me. If i went off that chart Id guess i was 21-22% , which is deflating :drooling:
 
It also depends on how your body stores fat. If you can clearly see an 8 pack you are below 11-12% more like 9-10% IMO.

I did a test recently I checked in at 12.3%, and I can see a 6 pack standing still with good posture and have veins all over my arms.
 
Damn that army calculator is quite depressing I thought I was a lot lower in BF that I thought. I really need to get a hydrostatic test done to really know where I stand. Tile I can clearly see some ab outline on you I would guess anywhere from 15-18%. Good to see your waiting to start your cycle when your a lot leaner:)

I don't know how much I would put into the army calculator, it uses taped measurements and I will point out one they that will skew it fast! depending on how you train abs for example abs are muscles if you train them with rep/sets the way you train the rest of your body they will get larger just like any other body part so a person training them hard that has some belly fat will have a larger measurement then the reality of there bodyfat % did you eat before the measurement last time and not the next? In my humble opinion all body fat % methods should be used to judge are you going up or down because if they are not done exactly the same down to when you ate last have you drank more or less water that day. Get some calipers take your reading same time each time and the next month they went down your on the right track they went up or stayed the same something needs to be fixed! Then a month later same thing! 2cents
 
Well I guess I'm on the right track ... I'm increasing cardio and intensity . Id been around 186 and I've slowly down to 178 , and if I eat light about 175. I could lose a few more pounds in body fat I presume and I'm doing everything right I believe . Hopefully I'll be there within another month

bro at 5'11" no way are you 20%bf. id put money at 9-10% at the most. at that weight men don't have that kind of bf. keep up the cardio and keep a good diet and you will be looking at six pack abbs by this summer. good luck.
 
thats wierd cause all the bf googling i could do put me up at 15-22% , but my body type wasnt quite what id seen from googling imaging around that percentage. im relieved to hear im close to 15% maybe, and with a little improvement, ill be lower than that within the month.


When im ready, im planning something like this:


test E 500mg 1-12
hcg 250iu's 2x week, not sure on when ill run it
aromasin if needed 1-12
nolva clomid in some fashion for pct. should have everything ready soon.

also i have read about some people who have used deca to accelerate injuries and recoveries with success and am contemplating it.

I have my clinic going to do blood labs for me next week
 
Tile from your pic you are at highest 15%. You barely have any love handles and your abs are outlined.

thanks Illuminatty, much appreciated. Ima do my best to lean out in the next 2 weeks even i was hopn to start up march 1st, we will see.
Still want to get my labs done which im doing local this coming week.
