I failed to document a lot of shit, but here we go because I have most info from the before and after body scans.

Keep in mind, I do NOT recommend you do what I did. I'm not trying to close the door behind me, but I had a lot of health-related problems on the way. It was either continue to be a fat fuck and kill myself, or die trying to get fit/thin. I still have a ways to go, but I'm getting there and have made crazy strides.

I intentionally kept a lot of shit from Meso because I KNEW you'd all shit on me for starting steroids while grossly overweight. I didn't give a fuck, but I also didn't want the brutal discouragement that I've seen others in the same situation get.

Body Scan Results

~134lbs, Muscle Mass
+30% SubQ fat (can't find printout, but it may have been higher)

After:
287lbs, 24.4% BF
207lbs, Muscle Mass
25.4% SubQ fat
16 visceral fat index

Known Active Conditions in the last 1.5 years

- Severe Hypothyroidism (probably accounts for the muscle gain too)
- Myostatin-Related Muscle Hypertrophy

Diet

- Extreme Overeating. 10,000 - 15,000 calories per day.

When I picked up Levothyroxine, I had uncontrollable hunger urges that had me eating like a monster. We are talking anywhere from 5-7 meals a day around a minimum of 2000 calories per meal. As an example, pounding back 2 snack bags of roasted peanuts is 2040 calories. (1020 per bag = 170 per serving, 6 servings per bag. 2 bags)0

You're probably wondering how I gained 73lbs of muscle. See above. Plus, at my height, that's probably scaling differently than your average joe. I don't know how accurate bodpods and dexascans are, but those are the results.

Starting PRs:
- Just the fucking bar with squats.
- 125lb bench

Ending PRs:
- 1200lb leg press
- 400lb bench
- 625lb squats

Major endurance gains:

Squats: 40x400lbs
Leg Press: 10x658lbs -> 10x748lbs -> 10x838lbs -> 10x928lbs -> 10x1,018lbs -> 10x1,108lbs -> 10x1,198lbs
Calf Press: 175x475lb (10x to 20x reps for each set)
Quad Press: 40x440lbs

Misc: 117,000+ lbs of weight moved in a single gym session of 2 1/2 hours. This was done after cycle, and strictly on Enclomiphene only.

Results so far:

- Can't eat 1/3 of what I ate before. :D
- Massive Strength gains :D
- Huge reduction in body fat. :D
- Resting Heart Rate from 84 to 43, averaging 48-58. o_O
- Improved immune system :D
- Completely Demolished Libido
- New Child support cases pending after Tren fat chicks adventures.
- Severe GERD from eating trash. Treating now with better diet and Pantoprazole. Seem to be getting severe gas when eating normally too. Need to figure that one out. :(
- Became a black man twice, once from Melanotan 1 and once from 2. ;)
- Hypogonadism is FUCKING gone. I now have medium to high testosterone naturally! :D

Overall, my health has significantly improved. I am much stronger, and I've essentially maxed out all the workout machines in the gym except barbells. Which means it's time to build my own gym somewhere else with Rogue equipment. This wasn't something that I was able to do quickly, it took more than a year and a half.

hey man its not discouragement its honesty from peoples experiences. The only time people here attack others is when they are just shit heads or do totally stupid harmful shit to their bodies and expect everyone here to be ok kewl with it and support them. If your happy we are too man and we are here to help guide you better for future cycles.

You have any before/after pics? Really interested in seeing

Also- how did you conclude myostatin condition? Did you get MSTN testing or something similar?

Well fcking done! Some parts I wouldn't do, but fck it, end-result sure sounds amazing and the smiley bullet points gave me a good laugh as well at parts haha

I salute you young sir!

I know, it's true. I followed all the advice I could to the best of my ability, and took supplements and such to keep my blood pressure low. Surprisingly, it never got above 160, and that was ONLY with Sudafed 24hrs added. Normally, even with 750mg of gear (downgraded to 500mg), it was only 141/85 or so.

I also monitored my bloods every 2 weeks on the cycle.

I want to show them, but because of my work, I will be easily identifiable and could potentially lose my job. When I move to a different sector, I'll probably show.
Am I missing something or did you eat like an asshole the whole time? Having a hard time following.
I ate like a complete fucking asshole the ENTIRE time. We are talking McDonalds dirty bulking, fast food, tons of protein, etc.

Should I have done that? No, but I am so busy working 60-80 hours a week that I can't cook, and my wife is useless at fixing food for me, or shopping. However, I got away with this because I dumped all sugar and most carbs.

I am looking for a career change so I'm only working 30-40 soon.
Dedication to training
I still need to do more!

Thanks, dude. I still got a ways to go. Still got some excess skin that needs to go.

Dude if you've been eating like that with only 6iu GH and dropping the bodyfat that you have and adding all that muscle.. I'd say your a hyper responder.. Not to the drugs but training most definitely..

The progression you have made with your weight lifting is testimony that this is exactly how it's done, good doses but better training method..

Yeah, I am gonna start eating better soon… I stopped myself from going out to eat today already. Looking to buy some land to put down a custom gym…

Nah, just my profile picture. I’m like a ghetto version of him.
Lol

Congrats on your journey, it's always hard to get up when you're down. Not giving up is what matters.

Don't forget to cruise for some lenghty time and there you can continue losing fat and weight. Now you will be able to focus on health, such as blood pressure, lipids and etc.
