1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

I'm now taking my two oldest girls to the gym with me. Felt the urge to get a pump so I went and hit bi's and tri's today instead of waiting for tomorrow.... here's my soon to be 5 year old.... she saw Dana Lynn Bailey hanging on the wall at the gym and decided she wants to be like her when she grows up lol.Video Removed - No longer available

What are dislocation stretches?

My mother in law is up here visiting so I asked her about my shoulder, she said it most assuredly is a pinched nerve. Said stretching and resting it is about all I can do at the moment.

So. .. here's an update of what I've actually been on the last few weeks...

Been cruising on 250mg Test cyp like usual

1000iu of B12 eod

50mg T3 per day

40-140mg Clenbuterol per day (stacked with T3, both 14 days on then 14 off. For the last 8 weeks)

12.5mg Exemestane per day (running the 25mg per day caused my estrogen to drop TOO low)

30mg Winstrol per day for the last 3 weeks(upping to 50mg for this final week)

Feeling great, looking great (compared to before)..

Even managed to drop 5lbs of fat and gain 5lbs of lean mass in the last week.

Rolling off the clen and T3 today, winni next week. Then thinking of splitting my 250 to 2 pins of 125 each week. .. thoughts on that?
 
I'd go with the twice weekly myself.

Have you considered running the t3 straight through, instead of cycling with the clen? Only issue might be length of shutdown, but it will work better. Thyroid suppression tends to be better tolerated than hpta. Usually comes back up, barring preexisting issues, or so "they" say.

T3 makes me feel like shit coming off. Wouldn't want to do that every two weeks.

This was my first experience with it, and figured I'd cycle it with the Clen, no reason other than seeing it cycled like that quite a bit. Definitely thought about running straight through. Thought about upping the dose too, but wasn't sure if that would be smart or not.
 
Wouldn't go past 100. Some do it, but it was uncomfortable for me. Couldn't have been "healthy".

75-100 is bearable for me. But I would taper down a bit off that dose, keep you from crashing too hard. Have to keep that diet in check, especially coming off. Carb cravings are intense.

Started with light squats and back went out AGAIN on the 5th rep...... resting and stretching until Wednesday so I can godly fake through to get cleared for work.

Kk. Turkey day has come and, essentially, gone.

Woke up early and dragged my brothers skinny butt to the gym.

Calves, abs, bi's, and tri's.

Then hit the store to pick up my bulk order of 70lbs of chicken breast.

Came home, baked some chicken up real quick so we could get some more fuel in.

Had thanksgiving dinner with the family. All I had was about 10oz of turkey breast. .. but I made sure he loaded up on everything lol.

After that headed back to the gym for 60 minutes of cardio, while the rest of the family chowed down on all the desserts.

Now, back relaxing at home and putting up the Christmas tree.
 
Boom! 249 this morning! 68 lbs down from last April, 60.812lbs of it being body fat. NOW THAT IS FUCKING PROGRESS! !!!!!! 20LBS to go to meet my goal by new years.... only because I know I'll have some abs at that point. Then I don't care where my body weight goes, only care about bf% ... wasnt to hit sub 10%, fit 55.5 lbs of bf left on me now, so plenty left to play with ;)

So, I've been stuck at 245 since Wednesday.... which doesn't sound like a big deal, but i was dropping like mad and all of a sudden just stopped for the last couple days.

Skipped shoulders and traps to give my shoulder a break.

Dragging my old man to the gym today cuz he's in town to visit, so it should be fun to kill bi's and tri's with my pops :)
 
In the last 8 months I have made enough progress to keep me motivated and pushing forward. I have gone from

317lbs at 36.7% body fat
To
250lbs (after that HUGE refeed on Sunday) at 19.4% body fat!

That has me sitting at 67lbs down while losing 67.839lbs of body fat.

Just saying, lol.

Super motivating to see results via actual numbers.

Started higher volume training last night, it kicked my ass!

Was focused on cutting more weight, but coach wants me to stop worrying about the numbers I see on the scale and to focus on conditioning the muscles.

My last run of clen and T3 should be here in a week or so, that should help get me to sub 15% with the increased cardio and higher volume training.

Then I should be getting legit trt by early January.

All that combined should set me up really well for success.

Feeling extatic!
