1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Nice job! Yeah, the doc's weren't any help to me either. Until my new one. We'll see if her help continues.

As far as the kids go, they're all mine! Lol. The girls watch super heroes, ninja turtles, mma, boxing, wrestling, and dragon ball z. They play video games with me, love scary movies, and work out every day. My 6 year old daughter is my gym partner! Even drinks her preworkout (i only ever save her a small drink) and post workout shake.
But they do still have their girly side, princesses, musicals, art, dancing, etc... which of course I told the wife is off limits for the boy. I allow Tom boys, but will not allow a boy acting and dressing like a girl.

I played Barbies with my sister when we were kids, but only to use her Ken dolls to do martial arts, and bite the feet off her Barbies (no idea why). So i expect some of that. But I come from an old school family where boys are trained to be MEN from the get go. I will parent no different.
True indeed. I got two sons (11 & 2). The oldest boy just started football. The youngest is beating up everything in the house.

Actually I'm UBER protective of her lol... not to sound weird and creepy, but my sister is GORGEOUS, so us 3 boys pretty much have to act like bodyguards, as we obviously know our genders guiding goal lol.... when we were kids though... oh yeah!

She did get really pissed at me once after her bf at the time went hunting with my dad and I..... needless to say, he decided it wasn't worth the consequences to try and score that goal lol.

Thanks! They are pretty happy :) and definitely influence every decision i make, and keep me going if I feel like giving up :)

Training is going great. Completed chest and back so far this week. Haven't hit my cardio like I'm supposed to. ... but I'm feeling a bit swole so I'm not too mad. .. lol

So during chest training on Tuesday, I felt this burning sensation in my right anterior delt... but more like in where the shoulder sockets. .. pretty much lost strength in it, i.e. because of the pain I couldn't even do cable crossovers with 20lbs.... feels like it needs to pop. Anyone else experience this before or have any suggestions? Feeling a bit better today but I'm definitely shipping the gym because it is shoulder day, thus will do me no good

Don't fuck with shoulders. Screw up a shoulder and everyday in the gym is leg day.
Are you doing dislocation stretches? That fixed every shoulder problem i ever had in a week flat.

Get a tan! I am serious it would probably look better then with your hair as it is a smoother contrast.

Best to hold off on the shoulder. It's usually like that with AAS if you haven't worked out much before, muscle gets too strong for the joints, tendons or ligaments.

When I'm off short term disability for my stupid back I most certainly am getting a tan lol.

I've trained pretty much my entire adult life, save for the last 3 years or so.... but my shoulders were always a weak part.... So, that is what I was thinking, the whole muscles strengthening but not the tendons. My strength has increased exponentially in the last 6 months, ESPECIALLY in the shoulders. So that makes sense.

This

I've had many shoulder injuries over the years and now they are coming home to roost

Nothing more important than being careful with the major joints when moving heavy weights!

Im not a doctor so i dont dare advise anyone...
But the dislocation stretches are unreal.
I have done dislocation stretches and they do feel great and I do them prior to chest day. Well worth doing these!

@Sworder Just kidding, you know you are my favorite mentally imbalanced friend.
I am actually very balanced! Yin and Yang. Sometimes I am Happy, sometimes Sad. It's when you don't have and exercise the full spectrum of emotions that you have a problem.

I do hip thrusters to stretch. Feels great!

I'm now taking my two oldest girls to the gym with me. Felt the urge to get a pump so I went and hit bi's and tri's today instead of waiting for tomorrow.... here's my soon to be 5 year old.... she saw Dana Lynn Bailey hanging on the wall at the gym and decided she wants to be like her when she grows up lol.Video Removed - No longer available

What are dislocation stretches?

My mother in law is up here visiting so I asked her about my shoulder, she said it most assuredly is a pinched nerve. Said stretching and resting it is about all I can do at the moment.
