1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Finally back at it this week. Feeling pretty damn good. Had to alter training to take care of my back, no bent over rows, squats, or deads for a while...

Still progressing too, down over 60lbs and running strong.

Anybody else ever go to physical therapy and feel WORSE afterwards? I felt like a million bucks, went in, and had to cancel my training and cardio after because shortly after leaving my back was killing me.

Wow nice work man! Both on the baby and weight loss. I was curious whether or not you'd stick with it when I first saw your thread this summer. Keep working!

I had been following this thread for a while now. Basically ended up like you did. Ended up being hit by a cop car, ended up with a condition that messed up my equilibrium and vision. Gained a lot of weight from being unable to move around (got up to 348lbs).

Ended up getting myself together (doctors weren't any help). Dropped the weight. Almost back down to my normal weight. Currently at 267lbs at 6'4. Hit the gym up 3-4 times weekly. Cardio improved a lot. Can't do much heavy running due to knee injury. Congrats on the new born. Tell the wife she can have the girls, boys are yours lol.

Nice job! Yeah, the doc's weren't any help to me either. Until my new one. We'll see if her help continues.

As far as the kids go, they're all mine! Lol. The girls watch super heroes, ninja turtles, mma, boxing, wrestling, and dragon ball z. They play video games with me, love scary movies, and work out every day. My 6 year old daughter is my gym partner! Even drinks her preworkout (i only ever save her a small drink) and post workout shake.
But they do still have their girly side, princesses, musicals, art, dancing, etc... which of course I told the wife is off limits for the boy. I allow Tom boys, but will not allow a boy acting and dressing like a girl.

I played Barbies with my sister when we were kids, but only to use her Ken dolls to do martial arts, and bite the feet off her Barbies (no idea why). So i expect some of that. But I come from an old school family where boys are trained to be MEN from the get go. I will parent no different.
