Thanks gentlemen this forum has been a major driving force behind me remaining steadfast and dedicated to my return to proper condition. .that being said........

Wow! I am in soooo much pain. Felt a pop in my back and saw a bright flash before hitting my knees and struggling to stand back up.... had to use the squat rack to pull myself to my feet.... found a way to alter my back work out to still put in work with only mild pain, and was feeling fine as long as I was leaning and stretching.... but now I can hardly walk or stand..... Aleve and a heating pad.... that's my medication this time, though the occasion likely calls for captain n' coke.

Update. Spent the morning in the ER getting pumped full of dilaudid. Diagnosed with a herniated disc, 10 days of bed rest, no training, no work.... I guess part of me should be happy to get to veg out but my progress was really kicking up.....

So during that time I have to dial back my carbs and eat super clean so as to not back track..... just another obstacle for me to Hulk Smash!

Hey man, just checking your progress... sorry to hear about you being ooc. Speedy recovery.

Ordered my first cycle of test this week. Definitely looking forward to it.

Keep up the good work... Op balanceout you intake with more proteins to help keep the muscle you have gained. Agter you recover go back to the calorie deficit. Health and recovery are first. Dont delay your recovery by being in a caloric deficit. My 2 cents.

I'm in taking as much protein as I can, unfortunately these pain pills are making me super nauseous. But so far sitting at 265 now. I'm just focusing on resting and recovering.

Very motivational bro. You really should be proud of yourself.
I'm satisfying with the rate in which I've been progressing. Was hoping to kick it into high gear and get a 10lb drop this week, but had to settle for 5 due to being bed ridden the last half of the week.

Thank you for the kind words. But I won't take any pride in this until I'm back to my true form. We're dialing me in and maximizing my time, to get me on stage when I return to Oregon in 2 years. So I complete the goal I got cheated out of a decade ago.

Actually just started a two week rotation between clen and t3. Just because they're cheaper than fat burners and work better. And because I'm getting bloods done in a couple of weeks because I found a doctor who will actually give me a real prescription, I just stopped the test this week. At least until after my bloods.

Started 12.5mcg T3 4x daily. Will run that for 2 weeks then switch to 80mg Clen daily for 2 weeks, then back to the T3... so on and so forth. .. 8 week cycle like that. Just really sucks that I got injured right off the bat.

And yes, I researched and studied up on the compounds and cycle for a few months before getting it.

Good luck with that and it will be a fun ride to getting leaner and meaner and more jacked. If you ever go to OGH's part of Oregon hit him up!
