I'm in taking as much protein as I can, unfortunately these pain pills are making me super nauseous. But so far sitting at 265 now. I'm just focusing on resting and recovering.Keep up the good work... Op balanceout you intake with more proteins to help keep the muscle you have gained. Agter you recover go back to the calorie deficit. Health and recovery are first. Dont delay your recovery by being in a caloric deficit. My 2 cents.
I'm satisfying with the rate in which I've been progressing. Was hoping to kick it into high gear and get a 10lb drop this week, but had to settle for 5 due to being bed ridden the last half of the week.Very motivational bro. You really should be proud of yourself.
The main thing was cleaning up my diet, and not just eating calories for the sake of calories just because I was on aas, but actually paying attention to the macros and keeping it clean. That recomp is awesome man.
Are u using clen or anything like that, or just test?
Yes ditch the alcohol...no good at all. Smart move right there. The main thing was cleaning up my diet, and not just eating calories for the sake of calories just because I was on aas, but actually paying attention to the macros and keeping it clean.
AND cutting the alcohol. That was a big one.
Good luck with that and it will be a fun ride to getting leaner and meaner and more jacked. If you ever go to OGH's part of Oregon hit him up!I'm satisfying with the rate in which I've been progressing. Thank you for the kind words. But I won't take any pride in this until I'm back to my true form. We're dialing me in and maximizing my time, to get me on stage when I return to Oregon in 2 years. So I complete the goal I got cheated out of a decade ago.
I plan on it. And he knows where I'm at in AK so if he comes through we'll get together and hang out.Good luck with that and it will be a fun ride to getting leaner and meaner and more jacked. If you ever go to OGH's part of Oregon hit him up!
