March 22nd to September 6th.... progressing quite well I feel indeed.
 
I honestly don't believe I would have gotten this far without you and Hucking's suggestions as well as a lot of the other guys positivity here on MESO. Mad thanks to you all!
I'm glad to hear this. The only motivation i had was that voice in my head telling me what a piece of garbage i was for getting to that point.
Your doing big things man. Keep it up.
 
I thought you are suppose to bounce the bar off your head when doing skull crushers ;)

try going strait to close grip press after you do the skull crushers, talk about burn :D
That's what I'm finishing triceps with now - skull crushers and close grip. Skull crushers are fucking killing my elbows now all of a sudden, i had to do hammer grip with dumbbells last night.

I start mine with skull crushers... my left elbow was feeling like it got slammed in a door or something..... didn't help doing those dips afterwards.

I like those neutral grip skulls a lot. Feels like it puts an emphasis on a different head.

Been doing the fst7 program. I use bb skulls as a weight movement early on, then do the burnt out sets using db skulls, alternating between a supinated, neutral, and pronated grip. Have to do the supinated first though, wouldn't want your grip failing doing those.

The pump is unreal when you're finished. Horseshoe feels like it's going to blow straight out of your skin

I was using a cambered bar until that pain came on. Im really bummed because I love skulls. Its just not the same with dumbells :(

On topic..... had a killer shoulder day yesterday.... my strength is climbing! Did my dumb bell shoulder presses with 90's all the way through. Couldn't go up, but sure as hell wasn't going down.

Hit all my front barbell shrugs with 405 too.

Got a big ass so behind the back is hard, dropped it to 225. Don't have a smith machine to keep balanced when doing em... what a fucking core workout lol.
 
I just finished shaving my melon two minuets before reading this post. Now I wish I had let it grow. I think a green mohawk would look good on me.
I never once thought of coloring my hair since I've been an adult. Nor did I ever think of getting a mohawk. But we were watching wrestling one night and Sheamus came out with a mohawk and my daughter freaked out saying that I should do my hair like him. So the next day when I had my appointment to get my haircut I figured what the hell, tried the Mohawk liked it and then she said I should get green. So that's what I started with. You have to go with the Jerome Russell punky colors forest green though. That way it stays nice and green instead of fading to like sea foam lol
