Acne

Quick update on my accutane usage, been on for 9 months. Used different UGL sources, varied doses from 20mg to 40mg ED/EOD throughout. The past 3-4 months though I have only been taking 20mg EOD and still keeps me from breaking out. Throughout this time I have done a blast inculding TREN and did not break out. My skin is pretty much best its ever looked in my life. Also at 20mg EOD I have zero sides including dryness. (I never had sides even at 40mg, only dryness)

Honestly using accutane is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I'm glad it hasn't been anything worse than a mild annoyance for me. Acne on my shoulders and upper back is all and it goes away post cycle, I suppose everyone's individual body chemistry is the main influence. Keeping baby powder or body powder on in the hot months is a big help for body acne as well as just making things generally more comfortable for anyone who hasn't tried that. (there isn't anything more annoying than walking around with your balls sticking to your legs! lol)

What percent of Humane Benzoyl Peroxide should be used? 2.5% or 10%? What is the difference? Is more better?
Did anyone answer this?
I have a 4%. It dry my face out too much when used everyday. It's a good middle ground and I use it when my face gets really greasy.

Edit: Haha shit I already answered this^
But I'll leave it up cause I think it's funny that I'm retarded.

Quick update on accutane. My skins has cleared up to 95% on my face back and chest.
Litteraly life changing.
It's been 4 months, sides are minimal at 20mg.
Ugh stories like this are the promising, then the horror stories don't seem worth it. One guy said it made his skin so dry his dick skin would Crack and bleed

Haha Idk it was the only time I heard of it. My biggest fear is what I've seen for stomach issues and stuff. I'd do ALMOST anything to end my acne
I'll swear by 20mg/day pharmgrade accutane and if you've read this thread you'll see the studies I've posted.

I'll have to read up on that. From what I've seen, they say 1mg per kg bodyweight and the most important part is your cumulative dose. So your daily dose times the amount of days you're on should equal 125mg/kg body weight. This is just what I've read, I'm in no way a doctor

Im thinking about getting some after reading this, I'm cruising and for some reason broke out BAD across my chest and can't get rid of it. So it took 4months to be affective

The first 2 months suck cause the sides were bad and it seemed like nothing was really happening. But after those 2 months I cleared up a lot like more than 50%.
I have a thread on it.
Combating Accutane sides.

Anti-Acne Drugs in Phase 1 and 2 Clinical Trials

INTRODUCTION: Despite the impressive increase of knowledge on acne etiology accumulated during the last 20 years, few efforts have been overtaken to introduce new therapeutic regiments targeting the ideal treatment of acne. The increasing emergence of microbial resistance associated with antibiotics, teratogenicity, particularly associated with systemic isotretinoin, and the need for an adverse drug profile, which can be tolerated by the patient, make the need of new pathogenesis relevant anti-acne agents an emerging issue.

AREAS COVERED: A search for phase 1 and 2 acne treatment trials in the US National Institutes of Health database of clinical trials and the European Medicines Agency database with the key words 'acne' and 'treatment' was carried out, on 6 January 2017.

EXPERT OPINION: The detected trials mostly investigate topical agents that may act via sebosuppressive effects, antimicrobial properties or anti-inflammatory actions. The compounds under investigation include olumacostat glasaretil, cortexolone 17alpha-propionate, stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 inhibitors, agents affecting the melanocortin system, omiganan, and minocycline. Systemic studied anti-acne drugs include finasteride, biologics, low dose anti-inflammatory antibiotics, and leukotriene B4 inhibitors.

i will not recommended to use directly roa! try at frist an mechanic peeling like microdermabrasion. this treatment works pretty well.

I have acne as a major problem prior to gear use. It actually is what brought me into the gear world as i searched for accutane UGL. Anyways, topicals don't do jack to stop the acne from coming up. It's very much impacted by hormones in 2 ways: fluct of them or high e2. If u can inject on a normal schedule and AI's ect.. on time each day or whenever u do, then it helps reduce sides major. And high e2 alone causes acne. Tend to see this happen often to woman alone and they start taking zinc (a very weak AI) and it helps the acne go away.
I take accutane however on cycle or off, around 40mg ED and have been doing so for so long. My liver according to bloods is proper and I do usually supp with NAC and liv52 anyways around and about. Especially when I take oral gear. I would not be scared of accutane, it is life changing for sure. Horror stories... there are some on every drug unless u suffer from major health issues already and know ur genetics are poor, then avoid accuane, but otherwise it's ok. The dry skin is nothing compared to acne all over for sure...plus it's a easy fix using common sense.

EDIT: for other users of accutane in UGL, incase it's lower dosed than normal or not working as WELL then I highly RECC: Taking 100mg zinc tabs (mixture, not elemetal pure) + eating high dietary fat at the same time u take it, enchances the accutane to work MUCH stronger. Since it's a version of Vit A, fat is needed for it to bind proper and zinc transports it. Keep it in mind, took me a while to figure this out after running some low dose stuff and since then it's been really helpful

I'll give you the name of an antibiotic I take that kills any kind of acne. It was originally prescribed to me for hair folluculitis but I take any time I run gear that makes me break out and it wipes out any type of cystic acne plus any other skin infections. I'm not home at the moment but I'll let know. I always hated running gear cause of acne sides till I found out bout this. Testy

I'm surprised this regimen isn't recommended more. It's textbook acne control, and works.

Benzoyl peroxide creamy wash am/pm (I like panoxyl 4 or 10%), clindamycin phosphate solution 1% am/pm, retinoid (I.e., Tretinoin) (I like Atralin, but any will do) pm. This protocol has yet to fail me with my chest and bacne flares, even face flares.

And when used as a preventative measure, it's even more effective.

I had one of the worst breakouts of cystic acne doctors have seen here in my country during the end of my first cycle years ago. More than 60 cysts the size of a coin covering my back & shoulders. I was on Test Prop for 10 weeks & GP Anavar for the last 6. Cycle went fine with amazing gains and my psychology was through the roof. I Waited 3 days after the last Test Prop and popped Clomid & Nolvadex. Boom! One of the worst rides of my life. I tried everything! From overdosing Vitamin A to several antibiotics. Nada.. Last resort was Accutane which I was very hesitant to use. I started taking it @ 80mg a day and continued for 9 months. Results started showing after 3 and was slowly clearing up as the months passed, but i wasn't cured by Accutane alone. As soon as 9 months passed I used an antibiotic called Ciproxin which finally did the trick. Accutane is no fun. I had all those sides people talk about and more, but strangely my liver values were in range throughout the ride.

My next 3 cycles went fine, with no acne at all. I really think that the use of hCG on cycle and Panoxyl 10% contributed to that. I always start washing my body 2 times a day with Panoxyl a month before a start my cycles, and continue throughout. Not a single pimple ever since.

Just wanted to give a quick update on my UGL accutane usage. I am on 3rd month now. 1st month I only did 25mg EOD, 2nd month 25mg ED, 3rd month did 37.5mg ED..
A noob question: I thought Acutane is available OTC, albeit with some record-keeping by the pharmacy?
