more or less will repeat what's already been said. I've tried a few things before (admittedly never tried t3, however) and while DNP definitely does work, I will say that by far the best and easiest cut I ever did in my life was taking .25 to .3 mg of semaglutide per week and the addition of berberine or metformin (essentially interchangeable). the fact that these essentially cancel out your desire to eat entirely is all you need to have a very steep deficit if you need it. Honestly I would recommend increasing test dosage (nothing over 300mg/wk, really 200mg/wk should be more than enough) and even adding in a little HGH if you really want to push it and try to hold onto muscle. DNP is effective but in my experience makes life in general so much more difficult that you end up incredibly miserable and it makes it so much harder to stick to a diet when everything sucks that bad. Semaglutide will put you in a caloric deficit and you literally won't even notice it until you weigh yourself or you do the math on the calories you've had for the day. makes it comically easy to just pass up on food, to the point where I had to convince myself to eat in order to not have too steep of a deficit and totally fuck up my ability to train.
