I can add another anti counterfeit detail: the labels on the amps have writings also internally, in the part in contact with the glass.

I have some products in my hand, and I must say, that they have done an excellent and meticulous job.

maybe it will no longer be counterfeited. too diffocult now.

Thank you very much for such a detailed comment. This is the goal we were pursuing.
Unfortunately, good quality brands will always be faked. The manufacturer has the task to prevent it. Such aspiration is always appreciated by us and the clients. The quality of the product was not affected

i have not. i think this is the time for anyone on the fence with Balkan to give them a try though.

It should be awhile before the counterfeiters can make an exact copy. Sadly, i don't think it's a case of if they can, but when they can.

when did this change in product happen? because i ordered mine right b4 xmas finnally got it couple weeks ago and its all the old stuff?? ill be ordering more this week hopfully will show up alot faster this time..

Now the company sale everything from the stock. Sometimes our customers get old-fashioned products, and sometimes new ones.

Why did you you receive a refund for complaining about products where nothing was wrong?

Everyone should be aware that you are a reverse scammer and sources with a decent track record should be made aware of your scams and potential scams against them.

@ANABOLIC/ENERGY and every other source should ban you from business due to your reverse scam. I would not hold it against them either.

Why don't you answer my question instead of avoiding it and asking another question? I didn't scam anyone, I offered to pay for replacement product he said no and only gave me one option. I didn't force anyone to do anything, no threats were made it was the sources choice.

Clear up some confusion for me. You offered to pay full price for replacement of the affected vials, or you offered to pay something less (shipping, etc.,) for the replacements?

I offered to pay less than list price basically for shipping materials and I was willing to negotiate from there depending on what TGI was comfortable with. Keep in mind this my first experience like this so this was all new to me.

Edit: I think I posted screens of that exchange but if I haven't I can if you want. The emails are hard to translate because I would say something and he would reply with something that had nothing to do with what o had just said.

Edit#2: keep in mind I offered to destroy all gear on video and send it to him as well.

Honest to God(for whatever that's worth), I had absolutely no intentions of fucking anyone over, I was trying to look out for myself and at the same time come to a fair agreement. I am no longer running the TGI gear, and I am starting a new cycle, I got nothing out of it.
