my girl is 5 4, 116, and she never goes below 1600, usually runs about 1800, gets too weak if she goes below that. one thing that always bears repeating, food and nutrition is a much bigger part of working out than gear
I'm the first always focusing on the food as the primary contribution to muscle growing.
but one good thing of AAS is that you can do a bit more of an aggressive dieting because of the added energy/strength/recovery time.
Last bulk she did an average of 2000kcal a day plus 1-2 cheat a week and she got muscle but a bit to much fat, so this time we are trying something different and see how it goes.
She still need to understand how to get lean, no kidding, it's like a nightmare for her.
We are trying to figure it out what works best.
