Atlas Physiques

@wedorecover was kind to answer me in his log.

@Atlas_Physiques do think it's important to present the client with a single opinion about issues or do you feel free to share differing opinions when you two don't agree? I'd think differing opinions about training and cycle issues are useful for advanced clients but possibly confusing for those who don't already have a lot of personal experience to draw upon. Maybe differences in opinion are much less likely regarding less advanced clients though.

Can it be too early in someone's lifting experience to benefit a great deal from coaching? Do you need to have reached a specific level on your own?

Thanks.

Good questions.

I will answer on my end, and I think Mands would agree. With all clients him and I talk about their current state, experience, goals etc. We put our heads together and establish a plan. That includes diet, training, supplements etc. Of course at times we have different ideas, and if they were big issues, we would consult the client with the two options and the pros and cons of both. However, with most things, Mands and I are on the same page.

We have written much more advanced programs for more advanced clients, and very simple programs for newer hobbyists. We have no desire to push someone past their comfort level.

I think it can never be too early to use a coach. I wish I did way earlier. The things I learned working with other people are truly invaluable.

Appreciate both this response and your post in WDR's log describing how you and mands approach your work with him.

Thanks for understanding my one opinion vs two question even though I phrased it poorly. Your clients receive big benefits by getting input from both you and mands. Very helpful to understand how an overall program is put together. Sometimes hearing one person's viewpoint will clarify stuff for me but hearing 2 or 3 will muddy the waters. I see now how you avoid that.

I'll pm you later today with a couple more questions.

I've been working with the guys for about 2 weeks now, going into my 3rd week soon. I will be working with them for at least 3 months.

10/10 would sign up again (serious).

The value is fantastic for the level of quality and amount of content I am being provided, not to mention the expertise.

I have full confidence working with these 2 will allow me to get to my goal where I otherwise would have issues, much faster and much safer, which means less cycles I have to run in the future to get to said goal, which means less money spent on gear, and less time spent walking around with AAS in my system.

Boom! We love to hear it (and see it)! Like I said in our PMs, your quads look much bigger already! Also, we didn't go crazy with the drugs, I would say pretty mild all things considered. I think the diet and training are what really matters, anyway. Nutritional timing being a HUGE element in your training, as we're focused around insulin sensitivity for you.

You have been great to work with and from the pics we saw this weekend I'm impressed and you are killing it.

Can't complain
Great job Havah. Havah has been training for a long peroid of time with a coach and wasn't seeing the results he wanted. He came to us and as you can see he's made changes in just under 2 weeks.

Congrats and keep working hard man.

Holy cow! Just saw this thread ! Thanks @ legendary.

I’m going to get in on this action as soon as I come across some extra change!

@mands @wonderpus great service guys. I know if anyone can be one hell of an amazing coach it is you guys!
