Atlas Physiques

Honestly, everyone we're working with has been great so far! Not one person is fucking around, and everyone is seeing results. We couldn't be happier or more proud of you guys... You make us look good, which rocks! You guys are doing the hardest work, which is sticking to a plan and being consistent. We're happy that everyone is happy.

I've been working with the guys for about 2 weeks now, going into my 3rd week soon. I will be working with them for at least 3 months.

10/10 would sign up again (serious).

The value is fantastic for the level of quality and amount of content I am being provided, not to mention the expertise.

I have full confidence working with these 2 will allow me to get to my goal where I otherwise would have issues, much faster and much safer, which means less cycles I have to run in the future to get to said goal, which means less money spent on gear, and less time spent walking around with AAS in my system.

This is immense credibility hearing it from you...I used your Dual Factor Training protocol and was very impressed with all the detail and clarification you offered in your thread. I really enjoyed the program. I ran it for 6 weeks and I need to into a de-load phase.

If found your thread and program so helpful, therefore, I can only imagine what it will be like to have a coach(es) in ones corner. On top of that Wunderpus and Mand...can NIT go wrong there brother.

I can’t wait to get the ball rolling myself. I just completed their questionnaire and am eager to dive in.

@weighted chinup, I hope you will log your progress brother!!

You should see the changes in WC's arms and quads.... The dude has been KILLING this program, I honestly can't imagine being happier with his results. Everyone we're working with has been so solid, and so dedicated. I wish I could just do this full time :)

It's honestly SO rewarding to see friends like WC, whom I respect as a friend and colleague, have huge changes. It really goes to show the value that others can provide to your results. WC is absolutely competent and capable to write and run his own program, as many others are. However, the benefit of non-biased opinions and eyes makes the biggest difference.... I learned this after working with a number of coaches over the years. I ALWAYS performed better with someone watching, always.

The clients that @Wunderpus and I are working with have actually been a treat to work with so far as he has alluded.

We all know it's all about accountability, dedication and following the plan. If you don't trust the process and a stray from it you are only hurting the final outcome. Which we think is well worth it.

We just wanted to give everyone we are working with a thank you for sticking to your plan and giving this your all. We know life happens and unexpectedness can get in the way. It's been a pleasure for both of us to help members here get over that hump or sticking point in their body building and fitness journies.

We look forward to the following months for bigger and better changes in your Physiques.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to atlas so far. Ive only just started their program this week but the time, dedication and non biased, non judgemental opinions really is what sold me on them. As you all know theyre some stand up dudes and i am really pumped to see some progress come my way!

So a little update to this thread. I’ve been working with these guys for a couple weeks now dialing in my program, asking questions, sending pics. All very, very thorough. Great answers, and I had a lot of questions...

I was on the wrong path with my routine and diet. At 56, I don’t have time to dick around anymore. This is a small price to pay for this kind of support.

I’m starting their actual program in a couple weeks. I wanted to get supplements in house, get used to some of the movements, as I’m a newb.

I’ll probably start a log.

This is going better than expected so far.

A big thing with coaches is communication
Having worked with several, this is usually a downfall. @Atlas_Physiques has had good reviews from everyone on this aspect and I'm very happy to see that

We are here for you man. Super pumped for your journey with us and can't wait for the progress.

Thanks @Evom1 for the support as well.

What about working with someone coming out of complete shoulder replacement that had to include extra soft tissue work due to more extensive damage than originally thought. I will be basically starting over again on my right side. Grip strength and arm strength still good but shoulder was really screwed and have to wait 5 weeks before I can even begin the stretching phase of rehab. Dr wants 3 months before I begin strengths rehab due to having to re-attach a couple more tendons and having to completely go through the sub-scapularis muscle. This will be a rough rehab(went through a partial replacement 7 yrs ago). Dr has informed me heavy presses are out of the question from here on out unless I want to end up with griddle shoulder. Is this an undertaking you guys think you could help with and/or be interested in? I have to completely change chest & shoulder workouts

If you guys do work together that would make for an interesting log.

We have worked with clients with similar (however less intense) injuries as well as a number of other issues. I think we would have to know a bit more as these sorts of injuries can even hinder movements like barbell squats, etc....

I believe this would definitely be possible and as Wunderpus stated we would need extensive information and clearance from your doctor to get things rolling. I would suggest even going over program with doctor if and when we can work with you.

Yea, barbell squats haven't been in my repertoire in years, not enough flexabilty in either shoulder. My basics in leg routines are leg press, seated squats, leg extension, lunges, ham extensions(seated & laying). I'm limited in certain things but I have workarounds for them.

Mands,
I've been discussing the things you mentioned with my Ortho since before I had the procedure. His main concern is pressure on the shoulder joint(pressing movements). We've had extensive conversations about it & will have more, as I will with my rehab therapist. He's not as concerned about pulling movements so I'm enthused by that. If you guys want to move forward with this and explore the possibilities I would like to discuss it further as I'm interested in the possibility of what might be accomplished with your input. I will put the ball in y'alls court & if you're interested we can continue this conversation through dm or email, if you're not I completely understand as this isn't going to be an easy situation for either party involved. I will dm you my email and we can go from there.

Thanks
