So far I’ve been 100% on the diet. Maybe some days I can’t eat my last meal. The prep time is really the killer. Well that and the cost lol.
If you're a costco member, I can give you a TON of tricks that save me a lot of money and time...

I'll guarantee that you are happy you did. I have some update pictures coming this weekend and the photos tell the tale. I'll post them in my log and in here. The distance I've come in 2 months is unreal and with a seriously motivated and dialed in 3rd month I'm going to be the sexiest Santa in Boston.

You guys know me. You know my history. The good, bad, successes and failures. I put a shitload of effort into the gym, and life in general. Always seemed to fall a little short in the gym, for one reason or another. Well, so far with Atlas I've been crushing week after week in the gym. I've had a level of real accountability on a nutritional level and I'm staying healthy. I'm not breaking, nothing hurts and all of my questionable areas are functioning perfectly or in the case of my right leg it's not causing any issues above the norm (and to some degree has gotten better and more flexible).

Honestly, you have some extra cash and don't want to waste it on cocaine and hookers this weekend? Hire @Atlas_Physiques for a few months.

Honestly, in 3 months (the length of our promo), a client could make HUGE gains in that period of time. Then, take a month or two off and PCT or cruise... We both wanted to make some monsters, so we came up with this incentive!

Between what you two can convey for knowledge and real effort from a client perspective, there is no reason a monster can't be born. I'm nothing special genetically and I'm tickled pink with dem gains. No clue what my bf% or any of that is but I'm sitting above 250# and look pretty cut up. Getting compliments all the time. Filling up a 2XL like a boss.

I hope people take you two up on the offer. It's not wasted time or money, no snake oil in anyway. I truly believe that the effort level from the client will be the deciding factor on how well the traning ends up.

On my 3rd week. I have noticed things just in 2.5 weeks. Lifts going up. Legs getting way stronger and veins coming out in my arms big time, flatter stomach. Shit my supplements haven’t even kicked in yet lol. These guys know there shit! Can’t wait to see what I look like in 3 months. 175? Most guys here piss that away on bullshit supplements and vitamins that don’t do shit! You won’t be seeing any pics of me on here. Still way to fat for that shit lol.

I'm not really spending any cash at the bar anymore since I bought a house but dropping 100$ on a Friday night was easy to do. Less than 50$ a week is short money.

You nailed it. In all honesty, our best results are from the clients who send in weekly pics, stats and ask a fuckton of questions... The ones who disappear and then reappear when the next round of training is due, generally get less as far as results are concerned. Ideally the client is giving it their all....

Finished out the week so so. The snow was extra energy spent when I couldn't really afford to spend it. Been feeling a little sick for a few days, kinda been shrugging it off hoping it goes away. I'm starting to feel better thankfully. Dropped a few pounds during all of this, just under 250 again. Been drinking water like crazy to make up for lost ground...

Impressive work icky. I’ve been throwing around the idea to get in with these guys in 2019 and see what they can do with my fat ass. Always worried about strength but it’s seems my mid life crisis might be me looking good naked for once in my life!
