Ah, yes... We don't like to share our customers info, whether it's their pics, stats, etc... But, we encourage our clients to do so if they desire :)

A lot of our clients don't post much, or at all, on the board... Some do, we shall see who chimes in.
 
Before and towards the end of my cycle

Lots of things went wrong I actually signed up mid cycle (9 weeks into it)with those guys, had to learn new exercise and fix form on others, but they really saved the day
Most likely had i been coached by them all the way results wouldve been quite better

@Fattest_animal if you didnt see them already

Will do another one soon, i ll get pics in if the results are worthy

I hope you don't mind me noting, you were NEVER hungry, either! You actually wanted less food! We don't use starvation methods to get people lean.

Thank you. I can see a good difference in between those two pictures, were they 9 weeks apart?

Actually the cycle lasted for 19 weeks and the pics are at the start and end

I spent the 9 first weeks with a scam coach and made literaly 0 progress, I could find pics 9 weeks in but they re very much alike so you might say they re 9 weeks appart honestly

REVIEW:

contacted them 3 months ago to check out their program not to question mands or wunderpus but wanted to try the program so I could give an honest opinion of how it works and their level of commitment.

So here we go....

1. I doubted that the program would be a customized to your needs program and had the assumption it would be a nice cookie cutter program. This was proven to be a false assumption. Once joined I answered many questions that they asked and with in 5 days had a program designed for me. So kuddos for this.


2. The program they designed for working out was great as they incorporated things i would traditionally never have done and the intensity grew each month which i appreciated and if changes needed to happen they made that happen. Like a slight shoulder injury and work around it.

3. Communication: the communication was up to par 100% . If I had questions they responded fast with the exception on weekends, which is expected as we all have lives.

4. Did I make progress? Sure did. I went an entire year away from the gym and lost a lot of size and become soft. After the 3 months and using only my trt 300mg per week I grew rapidly. I won’t post pics but I’m sure they will attest since i did send them progress pics as requested by them.

If you need that extra push or motivation or simply to go outside your box I wouldn’t hesitate to jump on board with them. The money spent was well worth it.
 
I agree with all of Rogers comments. I have a different workout every day. They explain what we’re trying to accomplish for a particular movement. Mind muscle connection, flex hard at the top, slow eccentrics, etc. These subtle things make a big difference. So it’s not just a list of what to do, but how and why also.

I’m on week 23.

I don’t post pics on open forums so can’t help unfortunately. But I wouldn’t recommend these guys if I didn’t feel strongly about them and that their program isn’t just some lame cookie program they got off the internet or even a book.

I honestly just tried their program to see if it was any good or if it was just silly. wanted to be able to tell meso if it was a scam of sorts or if it was two people who really wanted to see people grow. It was two people wanting to see people grow or meet their goal.

They re quite consistent too as i ve been with then for close to 10 months now and every training still feels new in a way, i m learning things every day and theyre always showing me a way to improve

In a middle of a cycle now thats gonna my first cycle done from start to finish with them and its the first time i m actually liking the results I get even tho the long ester just kicked in

I ll get pics in later for the few of you interested

Unfortunately we won't post our clients' pics, as they are considered confidential and private. Now, they are welcome to, if they wish... I hope this makes sense... We assume everything our clients share with us is confidential.

You've been a good client and friend Havah, we're happy to still have you! Always makes us happy when someone renews, as that shows us they were truly happy with their prior results. We always do what we can to customize and accommodate.... Also, you're a fun client as you hit us with some questions that are rarely asked, so we get to stay up-to-date with our knowledge.
 
Anyone got transformation pictures to show? I'm just a fan of these. Once I'm done with my own training plans I think I'll give you guys a try :)

I will be sharing, at some point, I’m not really the “log” type and there’s also the matter of propriety info from AtlasPhysiques programs that I didn’t want to put out there. I’ve been with them since October and it’s been the best money I’ve ever spent. Invaluable info and knowledge from real supportive coaches.
